"It was our 2nd time staying in here. Expected all 4/5 stars based on previous experience, but it wasn’t. Our bathroom floor was very slippery with oil, so we had to be careful not to fall. I figured out very late night that entire slippery bathroom floor must have caused by pesticides. I saw 3 small cockroaches were climbing walls and went in under the sink. We were assigned one king bed, instead of two queen, was what I booked for. The mattress didn’t look like laying horizontal. It was sinking towards to the headboard. I should have requested changing a room, but we checked in late and my child already took a shower. We were going to leave early morning, so just hold my eyes closed. The hotel will have a renovation entirely from Nov. for a few months. Hope it will be clean floor to ceiling with replacing old cracked furniture to new ones. But I will probably not stay again here after this experience."

"It was our 2nd time staying here. Expected all 4/5 stars based on previous experience, but it was not. Meidän kylpyhuoneen lattia oli hyvin limainen öljy, joten meidän oli oltava varovaisia, ettei putoa. Minä huomasin hyvin myöhään yöllä, että koko limainen kylpyhuoneen lattia on aiheuttanut torjunta-aineita. Näin 3 pienet koirat nousivat seinät ja meni alla sukellus. Meille oli annettu yksi kuningas sänky, eikä kaksi kuningatarta, mitä varasin. Mattressi ei näyttänyt laittaa vaakasuunnassa. Se oli laskeutuu kohti päälaudelle. Olisimme lähteneet aamulla, joten pidä silmäni kiinni. Hotelli on täysin uudistettu Nov. muutaman kuukauden. Toivottavasti se on puhdas lattia kattoon korvaavan vanha murtunut huonekalut uusia. Mutta en todennäköisesti jää tänne enää tämän kokemuksen jälkeen."

"We were easily able to find this hotel. The staff was excellent at check in and continued to be throughout our stay. The room was very clean and quiet even with being close to I-10. Room service was excellent and stopped in every day. We found the hotel was well located for visiting our family nearby. It was also located close by to a number of restaurants that we were able to just walk to. Great experience."

"From the moment we went up to our room on the fourth floor. We walk out of the elevator and the picture on the wall is cracked to pieces still hanging on the wall, Instantly not a good impression. We got into our room and there’s hair in the bathroom shower, caked up dust on the blinds, behind the TV. You could tell this room isn’t clean. The vent above the stove is absolutely disgusting. You don’t wanna walk on the floor because you can feel the grime on the floor. The vinyl is peeling off the shelves. Tonight 1-16 we walk down and this guy looked messed up, walked by us and told the lady at the front desk to roll up 8 grams in the pipe and to smoke it and went in the room with her. The shade at the front desk was closed and customers were waiting to be serviced. I understand that the prices are cheap to stay here but I did not think it was going to consist of hardcore drug *******, and people on ***** roaming the parking lot. We were gunna stay here 21 days but we are definitely not under these circumstances! Also!! Almost none of the washers worked!!"
