Great location at the heart of Shangri-la town. If u r going hiking at daochengyading, the bus / shared transport is just outside the hotel. Lady boss is really nice w advice on the hike, allowing late check out and selling and buy back canned oxygen at a low price. They also provide hiking pole for rental for free. There is also a lift, which is a plus point. Room and bathroom are clean, and daily housekeeping is also provided.

For the price, the hotel is really value for money. The service is excellent and the hotel staff will promptly attend to your request. The lady boss even took the trouble to notify us when she noticed that our car lights were left on when parked. The bath is also good with rain shower and strong water pressure. There is also free laundry service and the staff provided extra hangers for drying the washed clothes. The bed heater is warm enough for a good night's sleep in cold weather. Breakfast provided is decent and hot. You can also buy oxygen at a super cheap price from the front desk. Besides the room decor being a bit dated and some maintenance are needed, this hotel provides everything you need at a really affordable price.
