"The hotel environment was very good. The room didn't have a separate shower and toilet, but the bedding was clean and hygienic with no odor. The latex pillows were comfortable. However, in the shower, water overflowed from the inside of the shower door, affecting toilet use and washing. The front desk service was generally welcoming, but they didn't proactively offer unnecessary services. A special mention goes to the hotel's thoughtful late-night snack service; the afternoon shift staff who delivered the snacks were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help guests.
