Hyatt Place Ft Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port arvostelua

Hotel is dated. Plastic breakfast.

We were unhappy with our experience overall. However, Mr. John, one of the drivers, and the blonde lady at the front desk were very kind! Unfortunately, the other front desk staff and one of the drivers were not. The front desk agent barely spoke a word, and the driver refused to stop a little earlier, forcing us to walk all the way back to the car rental place with a child and our belongings. We would have appreciated a kinder and more considerate approach.

We overnighted here prior to leaving on a cruise. Location is great for airport and cruise terminal. Cruise ship shuttle is $15/person. We took an Uber which was $20 (including tip). You can do the math. Of all of the free breakfast hotels I have stayed in this definitely ranks at the very bottom.

房間大小適當，但是功能齊全，該有的都有。房間內有點悶，需要開加濕器。早餐簡單, 只是可填飽肚子而已,充肌罷了.

Not satisfied I heard a lot about Hyatt but disappointed , every day same breakfast

Clean hotel, breakfast is good, airport shuttle.

不推薦，訂了4間房，給了3間，衹能擠了一晚，攜程協調退了一間房費，攜程服務很滿意

We love staying at Hyatt. The staff and front desk very friendly and helpful, we got early check in and late check out. The location is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. Thank you Hyatt

Hotel is about 15 min drive from FLL Airport, location is nearby the highway, so don’t expect too much, I paid like US$180 for just one night, I thought is kind of expensive, as hotel is very basic, and they only allowed check in after 3pm, as I disembarked from a cruise ship, got into the hotel early, so unable to get any room available, went shopping at a mall near Miami, came back at 3pm, room still not ready, make to wait another 1 hr, till 4pm then able to obtained the room key, breakfast was nothing great, very basic & dining area look so cheap!
