We are happy to stay in kempinski hotel. All people are so friendly! I want to thanks Maria almutairi and lubna and Mohammed, they are helpful. It’s our first time come here, they are patient to reply our questions. We will stay at the same hotel next time!

酒店很大氣，服務也很周到。國外的酒店業服務上真的很好。距離機場不是很近，不過達曼的機場本來就在郊區。酒店不屬於市中心。

酒店整體還是不錯的，但是感覺海外的酒店，攜程還是沒有主動權。我預訂了三晚，行程改變了、想入住一晚提前退一下，我去酒店前台，酒店告訴我可以退並且會退回剩下兩晚價格。但是攜程就説不可以退，硬生生沒有退成。所以海外酒店可能還是自己在官網預訂更方便

性價比高，房間乾淨，面積較大，設施齊全。在當地應該算是比較好的酒店了，推薦入住。服務環境都高性價比。

I had a great two-night stay at the hotel, and the warm welcome I received made it even better. Mr. Manos, the General Manager, was incredibly kind and made sure everything went smoothly. Ms. Nouf, the Assistant LIR Manager, was professional, friendly, and always helpful. Mr. Mohamed at the front office was also very welcoming and efficient. Their genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. I really appreciate the personal touch from the whole team and look forward to staying again.
