Lorenzo Hotel Dallas, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Wonderful hidden gem ! Interior is beautiful , artistic , and most of all clean. The check in was very easy as well as check out. Everything was easily accessible. The restaurant within the hotel was okay , maybe it was due to us going a little later in the day which is why the service wasn’t the best in that aspect and the food wasn’t as good for the price although again maybe it’s due to the fact we were limited to their late night menu. Overall a good stay.

Hamilton’s restaurant team is amazing. I’ve stayed here a few times, now, and they’re on point every time. So sweet and great under pressure. The only names I can remember are G-Man, and Can, but theres another man who works with them.. the taller one.. who is amazing also. (Dinner shift) I’m just bad at asking for names. Breakfast team is also amazing. 🤌🏽 Also, I’ve had most of the happy hour/dinner menu.. it’s all fantastic. The Chef really killed it with that menu. My favorite is the mushroom risotto. The pool area is cool, but can get crazy on the weekends.

I stayed at the Lorenzo hotel twice for a conference and it was a lovely experience. The staff was the best part, they were friendly and accommodating and very helpful. I had breakfast everyday at the restaurant on site and the food was great! Happiness one of the staff at the restaurant made every visit so worth it with how attentive and pleasant she was. I’ll definitely be back here.

Clean rooms and nice small details. Sunday was a rest day for me and Kadir, my bartender/mixologist was great, even though I just got some red wine! He was friendly, great conversation and great service. The hotels history was very intriguing to me and I definitely did a deep dive to learn more about it. I’m glad they are partnered with Hilton, so I was able to check out such a unique hotel! I would definitely return.

I rated this hotel about 5 -6 years ago. It was a nice stay. Things have changed a bit and I hate to see it cuz it’s a cool hotel. I’ve stayed here at least 4 times and this is the first time I have gotten a room that faces the freeway. The noise level was pretty loud. The other thing is, the room I stayed in (914) needs some TLC. A baseboard tile had fallen off, the furniture is a bit worn. Most of the furniture is dark wood and the edges were worn. The other thing that has changed is that 3-4 blocks away were a lot of homeless people. We took Uber everywhere mainly because there is not a lot within walking distance. Uber was anywhere between $9-21 to downtown depending on when you leave. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which was very good.

Furkan at the restaurant is a delight! I met my best friend from high school for the weekend and we ended up in the bar for several hours and drinks and enjoyed our conversation with Furkan and the overall experience was fun. I will be back soon.
