The day before check-out I was called by Sonder customer service, they said there was a mistake and they needed me to check out one day earlier. I told them that if it will be a problem for me but they did care, so O said fine, but I can only come back around 20:00 in the evening to pack my equipment. When I arrived at the apartment in the evening after work, to pack everything, the electricity was cut off. I consulted with the maintenance man of the building and he said that Sonder just did not pay the bill so they got disconnected. I tried to call them lots of times but without success getting help, in the end I had to do a check-out with a flashlight in the dark. This is just one of many kinds of story I have experienced with Sonder in the last 9 months. Hope this will convey my feeling about these scammers.
