Sonder at Butler Brothers

When I arrived to my room on Thursday night the room was not ready. Beds weren’t made trash as on the counters and cabinets were open. When I called customer service for assistance, they told me the look for the sheets for the bed in the closet as if I was the one to make the bed. They moved my room for the night and told me my original room will be ready by 8AM. I checked out the new room by 9:30 the next morning and moved my stuff back to the original room, just for it to still be dirty. I called customer service again to tell them what was going on. This was the day of my graduation. When I got back from my dinner to change for my outing, my stuff was MISSING from my room. No where to be found. So I had to call customer service AGAIN! This luggage had my graduation party outfit in it that I obviously couldn’t wear because the luggage was gone. The next day, I was told that housekeeping put it in storage and I wasn’t able to get it get my belongings until about 10:30AM Saturday morning. Not to mention at that TV wasn’t working during my stay. With this experience and lack of urgency, I honestly don’t plan on ever staying here again!

Amazingly spacious with great views and amenities. The rooms were both great and the bathrooms were good too. The location is perfect and we were able to eat and get to the convention center all within minutes of the building.

I LOVED the space! I’ve been here 4 times before but this is the first time in this units view of downtown. It is the perfect cut out for the architecture nearby. The interior could use a touch of design style but I didn’t really care much. I loved the kitchen and definitely the pillows. I hope to get this exact same unit next time!
