Here’s a refined version of your hotel review: Great Location & Warm Hospitality The hotel is in a great location, just around 300 meters from the ancient town center, making it easy to explore. The owner is very kind and helpful, offering a warm welcome with tea. Extra blankets were also provided for added comfort. A wonderful stay with excellent hospitality!

따리고성 외곽에 자리하고 있는 이 호텔은 개인 공간과 공용 공간을 조화롭게 하려 애쓴 흔적이 곳곳에 보입니다. 각층의 중앙홀을 유리 바닥으로 자연 채광과 사진 스팟을 제공합니다. 스태프는 아마 모녀들로 보이는데 항상 친절을 잊지 않습니다. 침실은 깨끗하고, 침구도 좋은 상태를 유지합니다. 욕실은 좁지만 샤워하기에 불편하지 않습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

房間味道很大，很臭，而且必須在十二點之前退房，不適合去梅里雪山的朋友，而且噪音巨大，根本休息不好

Majoituspaikan vastaus: 還是剛剛這位客人，不知道你是什麼樣的心態寫下如此**的評論！從你入住到退房我自認為對你都是認真誠懇的服務！並且房間給你做了免費升級，你對房間如此的不滿意，為什麼你不在入住的第一時間跟我們反映，我們可以給你換間房或者直接給你免費退房都可以！而是第二天又預訂了這間房間，也沒有跟我們反映任何問題。我們的窗户都是隔音的，你睡覺怕是沒有關上。退房這天已經過了下午2點你還不退房，我打電話給你，你説你在爬山下不來，估計要下午5點左右，我説5點太晚了，我們下一位客人已經要入住了，沒有那間酒店是能下午5點退房的！鄭重申明我是在經過你的同意之後才讓阿姨收拾的你的行李放在前台！還有我們大理衹有蒼山，你説的梅里雪山我請你去查查地圖，看清楚它在哪兒吧！
