the front service can speak in english! They allowed me to check in earlier and the view of my room is sooo beautiful🥹 thank you so much!!

The room is spacious and the view is beautiful. Our room located at the 4th floor. Nil lift available. Need to carry up the stairs. The receptionist was helpful to carry up our luggage. The scenery was superb.

Best Hotel in Dali!!

Nice location to chill and enjoy the nature. Staff very helpful to carry luggage, fast respond on wecha* and one of them can communicate in English well 👍🏼 If you want to rent a scooter, just ask them to find for you. You can see the santorini from the place

"The host was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfy, with smart features -love it! The hotel is just a short walk to Santorini Dali and faces the beautiful Erhai Lake, so the view was amazing. We had to leave early in the morning, and they even packed breakfast for us-so thoughtful! There's also a halal food stall in Santorini Dali, so it's still doable for Muslims. But just in case, bring some ready-to-eat meals too.

Гарний готель, чистийі комфортабельний номер, атмосферне місце. Привітний персонал, раніше заселили, допомогли з арендою мопеда. Але є пару мінусів. Довго добиратись до старого міста, таксі не врятує, вузькі дороги в часи "пік" дуже повільні. Сніданок в готелі краще не брати, дуже специфічний для іноземців. Але компенсується затишними кав'ярнями на березі озера. До речі, озеро - дуже гарне, велике і нагадує море.

對面就可以看到海。環境還可以吧

房間乾淨整潔，家庭套房很舒服。這個價格的海景房真的是超級值。周邊風景安靜，吹着海風，散着步，很愜意！真的非常推薦👍👍服務人員熱情友好，幫忙搬行李，考慮到我們小孩午睡，延緩了一點時間退房，很暖心！入住還給我們升級了房型，配送下午茶點，有接送機，還有美食推薦！懶得寫點評的我也忍不住把這些好評都送給他們！房間還有小秋千哦！

房間舒適的非常乾淨，試衣間很不錯的民宿，民宿對面就是洱海，距離聖託里尼步行非常近，早餐準備的也非常好

離海邊很近，坐在店裡看洱海吹海風很悠閑，喵咪很可愛，布偶是老闆家的，橘貓不是她家的，説是她外面的老公，回來陪產仔的，順便蹭吃蹭喝，還就愛吃肉

住了兩晚上！非常喜歡！

真不錯，前台小姐姐態度很好。環境也很不錯。賣的泡麪價格也合理，還有精心準備的下午茶和早餐，從火車站幫我們打的車。唯一的不足就是這個地方離哪裡都遠，晚上説出去溜達溜達，附近吃飯地方不多。
