One of the best hotels to stay in Dalhousie. It's a new property. The rooms were super clean and tidy. Very beautiful interiors. Loved the overall feel, vibe and everything. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Jeevan ji the manager and jogi ji was also very helpful. Must visit. I don't think I've ever seen an owner put so much heart into a property. It's like a British hotel. Best interiors I've ever seen in a hotel. Best experience overall

The hotel is in a very nice location five minutes walkaway from the market and bus stop. It has a very friendly staff, who meets us always with smile, Jogender Ji have helped us a lot. The rooms are very spacious and clean too. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and soothing. We can just sit in the terrace and relax ourselves. They arrange vehicles for local site seeing too. very helping staff and very delicious food from the restaurant.

It's a heritage building became hotel later. Location is great. one can enjoy the great Valley view sitting on the lawn. With neat and clean rooms and bathroom it's offer a basic and homely stay. the food quality is very good.

A beautiful hotel with a heritage style to it. Wonderfully located with wide unobstructed views. Timely room service and tasty food. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is at 10 mins walking distance from the GPO.

We book one night crag hotel as its on Garam sadak n nice view of velley.....after walk from Subhash Chowk to walk for 5 minute ...hotel in velley have to go down so many steps hard if u have heavy luggage....reached on roof n entrance of hotel ...there was lots of young boys n girls college group...we been given privaye hut no8. Far from hotel ...but good view n rooms were good there was one more room n bed for kids inside we loved it...had a pleasent stay ....like the services hotel inside look like heritage old one ...but still good...

I went Dalhousie with my friends..we search many hotels..we stayed at hotel crags in Dalhousie..nice food..maneger was very kind to us,here mostly attractive thing is view, this place is very peaceful then others places,I highly recommend this place who wish to enjoy in Dalhousie...

Its about 10 min walking distance from bus stand. situated on center of mall road. very scenetic valley facing view from the hotel. There was so peace and calm place to chill out. It feels like you are alone in Dalhousie ;) it's heritage bungalow like hotel with open terrace. We booked upper side Cottage for 6 nights. Room was specious and clean with flat TV and special bell for room service. 24*7 running Hot water. Hotel manager Mr. Joginder is a gem person. Always ready to feel you special with great hospitality. Mr. Om Prakash make delicious home made like food. really nice! All other staff and driver also very helpful. It was really memorable experience to have a breakfast in open terrace with valley facing view... must visit once...
