달랏여행을 가서 2박하였는데, 전반적으로 조식도 맛있고, 직원도 친절하였습니다. 다만 호텔이 오래되서 호텔방의 상태는 별로 안좋습니다. (특히 침대)

My favourite hotel whenever I go Dalat! Very close to the night market, lake garden. Many eateries like cafe, hot pot are just outside of the hotel. Big room but they don't have aircon in the room and it could be hot during day time I. The month of March to Aug.

Vị trí khách sạn n*** trung tâm, thuận tiện di chuyển và mua sắm, đồ ăn sáng ngon ( nếu bạn ăn chay thì nên báo cho lễ tân khi check in để khách sạn chuẩn bị trước). Chăm sóc khách hàng Ms Thuý rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ gia đình tôi, tôi sẽ quay lại vào lần sau

khách sạn gần chợ rất thuận tiện. nhân viên rất nhiệt tình thân thiện phòng ốc sạch sẽ view nhìn ra hồ Xuân Hương rất thích. cảm ơn bạn Thuý chăm sóc khách hàng bạn hỗ trợ gia đình mình rất chu đáo. đồ ăn khách sạn khá ngon hợp khẩu vị gia đình mình.....

Cả 2 khách sạn TTC ở đà lạt tôi đều đã từng ở, vì cùng 1 hệ thống nên có nhiều điểm giống nhau như cung cách phục vụ của nhân viên rất tốt, đồ ăn ngon. Khách sạn Ngọc Lan sẽ mới hơn và đồng thời giá cũng cao hơn khách sạn còn lại và tôi thích ở Ngọc Lan hơn, bạn Thuý làm CSKH cho 2 khách sạn rất tốt

Khách sạn này đã giúp cho chuyến đi du lịch của tôi trở nên tuyệt vời hơn, với vị trí gần chợ đà lạt ( đi bộ chỉ 2 phút là tới) mọi người có thể tha hồ chụp hình sống ảo ở các góc chụp khu hoà bình, chợ đà lạt, hồ xuân hương. Các bạn nhân viên lễ tân thì nhiệt tình, CSKH bạn Thuý rất dễ thương
