Staff very friendly and helpfull. Very clean hotel and strategic. Near to Lam Vien square and Go Dalat! I would love to stay again if come back to dalat. Nice experience! From lobby it have lift to go our unit. Got gym and rooftop view. Can buy coffee at their lobby with 60k vnd. All facilities such washing machine and kitchen is complete. Worth every penny. For muslim, this hotel is very near to Hajah Hawa restaurant.

Rooms are big & location is very easy to go downtown. We are staying 3 persons , very clean & affordable.

Incredibly helpful and attentive staff at the front desk. Great coffee too. Nice bakery next door. We had one of the houses out back. Perfect for our family stay. Some of the rooms are a bit tired, but it is incredibly good value for money. A £1 Grab ride to the market and most of Dalat.

부모님과의 5인가족여행 이었는데.. 숙소 위치가 우선 조금 애매합니다. 야시장에서 5분 거리라고 하지만 가는데만 20분 이상 걸리구요. 무엇보다 중요한 건 베드버그로 이놰 잠새 가려웠고 3일 후 까지도 가려움이 심했습니다. 전체적으로 꿉꿉하고 방음도 제대로 되지도 않고.. 왜 트립닷컴 고평점 숙소인 지 이해가 가지 않았습니다.

It was my first time in Dalat, but it was a pleasant trip because of the happy time at the good accommodation. The staff who were attentive, caring, and helpful were the best accommodation I've ever experienced It's not far from Dalat Night Market, but it's not too close, so it's a quiet, best location I recommend it

If there is food in the accommodation, a lot of ants are formed. The attitude of a male employee with a round face working during the day is poor. It's not quick to handle things, and you smoke in the hotel and in front of customers. You don't look good. The rest of the staff are excellent.

A comfortable & clean stay The room had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The stay was truly enjoyable with clean facilities, excellent service, and a very convenient location. The staff were extremely welcoming, making the whole experience even more memorable and relaxing.

Had a lovely stay here room was extremely big and the staff was friendly and helped me rent a motorbike. Mr. An at the front desk was especially a great friend during the trip! The stay was truly enjoyable with clean facilities, excellent service, and a very convenient location. The staff were extremely welcoming, making the whole experience even more memorable and relaxing.

Stayed 2 nights and it is spacious and clean. Location is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Xuan Huong Lake. Staff spoke very good English and were patient and helpful during my stay.

Studio room we stayed in were huge for a family of 4! There were 2 toilets/bathrooms in the studio, and came with a much needed washing machine and facilities to hang out our laundry. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, made us felt very welcoming. Each night staff would WhatsApp texted and checked out if we needed anything. If we were back again, would definitely love to stay again. Thank you all the staff made the stay very enjoyable.

Wonderful place which has everything you need within touch, the staffs are very friendly, we often come back late around midnight, but the staff will just open the door with a smile on his face. I would recommend the deluxe suite with sauna, you have the entire floor for your self, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms with 3 spacious beds. Even the food they offer in the fridge are all at reasonable price. Access to gym, private balcony which has a wonderful view for youtuber, selfie. There is nothing to complain about this place.
