호텔 전망 ....조식시 제공되는 경치가 장관이라는 후기로 예약..그러나,,,,그냥 산골 산동네 풍경이다,,,,
호텔 청결도...룸청소는 다를바없다,,,조식식당 전경을 볼수 있는 창가 자리에서 식사중 창틀에 죽어 있는 벌레 감안하시라,,,더욱 힘들었던것은,,,
식사중 한마리의 똥파리가 접시위로 떨어 졌다는 사실,,,,
호텔 서비스 ..... 직원들은 쏘쏘하다,,,,조식? 글쎄???,,,이가격대에 기대 안하는것이 좋을듯 하다,,, 6시부터 조식 시작이지만 준비 안되어 있다,,,제공되는 바게트는 큰 봉다리에
마치 빨래처럼 들어 있는 바게트를 제공한다,,,

트립닷컴에서 시티뷰 예약했습니다.
분명 호텔에 전달이 되었을텐데 뉴라이프 호텔에서는 시티뷰예약이 아니라고 돈을 더 내야 한다고 했습니다.
실랑이 하다 지쳐서 돈을 꺼내다 생각했습니다.
리뷰에 저같은 경우가 있다는 글을 본적이 있어
화가 났지만 끝까지 확인하며 이야기 한 후
미안하다 실수다 라는 말을 듣고 방배정을 받았습니다.
전 이미 기분이 상했고
오래도록 마음이 안좋았습니다.
호텔 많이 다녀봤지만 이런경우는 처음이네요.
뷰는 좋은데 양쪽이 공사중이었어요.

호텔 방 배정에 큰 문제가 발생했습니다.
입실 거의 한달전 트립닷컴을 통해 디럭스 더블룸 시티뷰를 2박 예약했습니다. 그런데 리셉션에서 되도 않는 영어로 스트리트뷰 그러면서 방을 보여주는데 말그대로 이호텔 예약의 주목적인 달랏 시내가 훤히보이는 방이 아닌 오토바이 소리가 시끄러운 골목뷰 방을 배정해줍니다. 바로 즉시 리셉션에 예약한 방이 아니라고 항의하니 스트리트뷰 배정이 맞다고 우깁니다. 그러면서 시티뷰로 업그레이 하려면 추가비용을 지불하랍니다. 그래서 예약 바우처를 확인하고 보여주니 이젠 예약 대행사이트 즉,트립닷컴과 예약자가 직접 해결하란 황당한 말을 합니다
말도 안되는 소리라며 강력항의하니 그때서야 상부측과 전화하더니 무료 업그레이드 해준답니다. 일단 아쉬운게 저라서 오케이 하고 물러섰지만 영 불쾌한 마음 지울수 없네요. 저를 완전 개호구로 보는거지 제가 예약한 디럭스 더블룸은 시티뷰 외 스트리트뷰는 존재하지도 않고, 처음에 저에게 배정한 방은 아마도 이호텔 제일 싸구려 방인거 같습니다.아마 틀림 없을 겁니다.
서로 말이 잘 안통하는걸 노려서 덤탱이 또는 좋음 방 빼돌리기 시도한 거 같아요. 이호텔 읽어보니 유사 사례 올린 분도 계시네요. 제 후기를 보시는 분들은 방배정 예약시 잘 확인해 보시고 예약한 방과 실제방이 같은지 꼭 학인해 보시기 추천드립니다. 베트남 몇차례 자유여행으로 다니는데 이나라 사람들 가끔 여행객들 뒤통수 치는 못된 버릇 있습니다.

1. 위치 도심에서 거리가 있지만 오히려 도심에서 떨어져있어서 오토바이/택시 경적소리가 없어서 좋았어요. 하루종일 택시만 타고다녔는데 1만원도 안나왔기때문에 교통면에서 괜찮다고 생각해요
2. 청결도 : 나쁘지않아요, 엄청 청결하다는 느낌은 못받았지만(건물 연식이 느껴짐/화장실 곳곳은 청소안한게 보임/하수구 냄새가 때때로 올라옴) 그래도 방은 쾌적했어요
3. 서비스 : 나쁘지 않았지만, 분명 트립닷컴으로 시티뷰로 예약하고 갔는데 체크인할때 스트릿뷰라면서 시티뷰를 사용하려면 추가금을 내라고 그러더라고요:: 진짜 다행인게 트립닷컴이 베트남어도 지원해서 베트남어로 예약한 내용을 보여주니 그때서야 알았다고 했어요. 안되었으면 괜한돈 낼뻔 했어요
4. 시설은 나쁘지않은데 전반적으로 중국인들이 많았어서 조식 좀만 늦게 가니 전혀 식사거리가 없고, 밖의 소음은 없지만 층간소음이나 벽간소음이 거의 그냥 아무것도 없는 수준입니다. 조식먹으러가는 통로가 철로 되어있어서 소음이 장난아니고, 중국인 애들 소리지르는 소리 떠드는 소리때문에 자다가 일어나기도하고 진짜 스트레스였어요. 솔직히 뷰는 예쁜데 여기도 방바이방이라는게 느껴졌으며 또 방문은 안할 것 같네요

친구들 여러명이랑 함께 묵을 숙소를 찾다가 예약 했어요!!
여섯 명이 한 방해 먹을 수 있는 숙소가 많이 없었는데, new life 호텔이 가격도 괜찮고 깔끔해보여서 예약했는데 대만족 했습니다ㅎㅎ
숙소도 너무 깔끔하고 넓었고 직원도 친절했구용~!!

블로그에서 언급한 뷰보고 예약한 자신을 욕하게 되는호텔.
프리미엄 싱글을 돈을 더 주고 예약했는데 스탠다드 트윈주고는 방없다고 똑같은 룸이라고 하는데 어이없음.
수건 걸레같고 화장실문 안닫히고 방에 난방기안되서 춥고 컴플레인해도 해결하려는 전혀없는 직원들.
여행많이 다녔는데 이런호텔은 처음입니다.
돈만 버렸어요.
조식도 최악.
예약한거 너무 후회. 이래도 되는지 트립닷컴에 항의하고싶을 지경임

뷰가 정말 좋은데(뷰 좋은 방 따로 예약해야 돼요) 발코니가 다른 방이랑 연결돼서 상당히 당황스러웠네요 ^^; 조식은 기대 안 하는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 레스토랑 퀄리티가 좋지는 않습니다. 그래도 가격 대비 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

Everyone ! I recommend this hotel in dalat , Staff really really gooddd , kind and nice service , they help me as fast as they can when my room have some problem. Also Some costumer near my room opened speaker so loudly and I called reception. They come to solve it so fast even though that girl not stop to open 😅 but everything it was so good to me , nice location , near cafe and bus terminal. Before I will move to another place I forgot my phone but reception cute girl who wear glasses gave back to me , I can’t remember her name but really thank you ㅜㅜ I love here and I will go too visit there again if I have chance 🫶🏻🙏🏻
