We went to Dalat for a 2-night visit. After staying at California hotel for a few hours, we wished we could have stayed much longer. They offered many unique amenities one does not find in most hotels. The landscape, even though not yet complete in the back section, provides both comfort & a sense of peace with beautiful hanging orchids, fern, different colored roses, & many more green bushes all throughout the perimeter. We were greeted by polite & nice staff. The check-in process started with being invited to absorb a beautiful hilltop view from the inverted hat structure - a unique feature of this modern but very warm hotel. The welcome drink & homemade almond cookies recharged us after our flight & drive to the hotel. The room was very clean with the softest linen & most comfortable bed. The bathroom amenities were plentiful. For breakfast, guests could select from several options. For us, their homemade Vietnamese yogurt was top notch - it was so silky with well balanced sweetness & tartness. I must say I am particular about bun bo Hue, and theirs was so good with traditional flavor. The homemade bread- I could consume several at one sitting. It was so addicting. You could choose to dine inside or outdoors- we chose outdoors to absorb the beautiful landscape they offered. During our trip to Vietnam & our experiences staying at different hotels, our most enjoyable, comfortable, & memorable was at the California hotel. We could eat the food there over and over again. The friendly & kind staff there made us feel at home from the first moment. As we mentioned, we wished we could have stayed longer.

I was quite shocked when I had such an amazing experience in this hotel. Because it was beyond my expectation about their service, facilities and benefits for customers. I evaluate that this place can be at the same level in comparison with a 4 or 5 stars hotel. The staff was accommodating and went extra miles to serve the guest. One of the most accommodations that highly recommend for my friend.

As suggested by a friend, we booked California Hotel for our short trip in Dalat and it was far beyond the review. The place is newly built, room is spacious and well equipped (TV, wifi,..). Not to mention the food was delish and we were welcomed by very friendly staff. We rented bike on the spot for wandering and to downtown, afforable price as well Highly recommended for families, couples or friends for vacation or wedding shooting (noted many photoshoot for weds along the way haha)

Da Lat's hidden gem. The staff was amazing! I usually don't get hotel breakfast as it's usually not good, but the breakfast here was great. We'd eat it every morning and not feel like we wasted stomach space. I'd come back here again if I am ever in Da Lat. They also have scooter rentals here, so it's easy to get around. Highly recommend getting a room with a personal sauna!!

The hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early in the morning. We got to the hotel super early and we didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus for us all. The sevice was exceptional as well. The rooms were clean, very comfortable with high quality furnishing. The common area yet very private relaxing on the Ground floor is our gathering every night to chill out before bed time is another big plus This newly built hotel is about 10 mins drive out of the city which very convenient and yet quiet enough. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Da Lat, would definitely be back on our next stay and suggesting a friend there.

Most wonderful hotel so far to stay in Dalat. The room architecture is quite cozy and modern. The staffs are helpful, friendly and caring. This hotel will be my best choice when I come back next time.

Khách sạn mới sạch sẽ, decor hiện đại, nhân viên đến bảo vệ siêu thân thiện và chu đáo, tỉ mỉ đáp ứng mọi nhu cầu từ thuê xe máy xịn, nón bh sạch sẽ, mền len ở phòng ban công. Đồ ăn sáng cũng rất ngon & nhiều món đa dạng.

Khách sạn mới xây, yên tĩnh. Nhân viên thân thiện, hoà đồng, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ khách hàng. Phòng đẹp, trang thiết bị đầy đủ. Tôi sẽ ghé lại nếu có dịp lên Đà Lạt. Cảm ơn toàn thể nhân viên tại khách sạn.

là địa điểm lưu trú tuyệt vời cho gia đình, cặp đôi.Vị trí thuận tiện ( đi thẳng 1 đoạn khoảng 3km là tới Hồ Xuân Hương) phòng sach , tiện nghi, trang thiết bị hiện đại chất lượng vật dụng cao . Nhân viên thân thiện hiếu khách cảm giác như người quen đón nhau tới thăm nhà. ĐẶC BIỆT LÀ cô bếp trưởng nấu ăn rất NGON, và cô tự làm tất cả từ bánh mì, sữa chua, hay socola cho buổi tối. và là khách sạn có gắn máy lạnh, mọi người không sợ nóng sau 1 ngày lang thang ngắm cảnh. Và hơn nữa bạn có thể đặt bữa ăn cho gia đình theo yêu cầu của mình, không lo phải đi kiếm chỗ ăn lỡ vào dịp cao điểm.
