非常糟糕的體驗，整夜衞生間水管發生巨響，吵得無法入睡。我們過幾天還入住這家酒店，已預付，想存個箱子在酒店，酒店拒絕了，交錢都不行。攜程在這家酒店的介紹上寫着有存行李服務。酒店説不是我們寫的，隨便你去找攜程去投訴，我們客户很多。服務態度惡劣。

Еда стандартная, не сказать что Вау , но и голодным не останешься Овощи (свёкла , грибы ) показались не свежими, но возможно была такая Мариновка, на любителя Номер чистый , есть все необходимое , качество гигиенических средств на уровне Люди , персонал очень добрый и приветливый, радует то что есть русскоговорящие люди! Удобно расположен так как близко к аэропорту . Бассейн 🏊‍♀️ отличный и сервисы типа массаж и спа имеются . В общем рекомендую)

Hotel çok temiz, personel güler yüzlü ve çok yardım sever Hotelin kahvaltısı muhteşem Hizmet kalitesi muhteşem, buradaki temizlik anlayışını bir çok hotelde bulamazsınız, yemek salonu, servisleri ekip harika çalışıyor , sürekli en ufak kiri bile temizliyorlar Titiz insanlara kesinlikle burayı öneririm Hotele 4 yıldız verme nedenim, otel odalarında ufak dokunuşlar ile küçük yenilikler gerekli

5 minutes from the airport, costs less than 100 lira in a cab. People at reception more than happy to help with anything, I got there quite late and the room service was incredibly well priced.

Let's start with the staff ....barely speaking English and the food absolutely needs a donation for flavour no taste whatsoever .through my stay I had to stick with one meal and order the same one because of the taste .. the only good thing about the stay is there's free sauna and inside hair salon and pool . It was very hard to be around the hotel because of welcoming issue people stair at you like you came from different world .. It's very awkward to be in that situation and the Wi-Fi does not work in night time and it's so horrible because no one around knows English..I won't recommend any black person to go ..
