非常不好的體驗，房間臟亂差，入住退房花了各一小時，攜程和酒店的銜接不通暢，未及時付費給到酒店，以至於半夜三更打回國內協調

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant l'accueil reçu lors de mon séjour d'une semaine, pourtant entièrement payé. À mon arrivée, on m'a attribué un lit double alors que ce n'était pas ce que j'avais demandé. Malgré ma requête immédiate pour changer de chambre, il a fallu attendre deux jours avant qu'une solution soit trouvée. Par ailleurs, j'ai constaté un manque d'organisation dans la répartition des chambres, qui semble se faire de manière arbitraire, sans réelle considération pour les demandes des clients.

The staff make this hotel. They are very friendly and helpful and full of smiles. Abbas in particular we found extremely helpful. Breakfast is good and evening meals outside very nice. Pool area good too, with an efficient and kind member of staff there at all times. There was a bit of building noise, which was unfortunate, but it was no trouble to move our room. We also really liked the location of the location, close to plenty of interesting things within walking distance.

L’hôtel est trop propre en plein centre-ville dans un environnement d’affaires,un cadre chic et luxueux, en famille nous étions très bien accueilli et installé au niveau de la terrasse par Henriette Sagna très serviable avec un sourire contagieux.

I stayed at the Novotel Hotel for 4 nights in January to February 2025. The hotel is very stylish, clean, and comfortable. The ample lobby is very welcoming. My room had a large area for sitting, large screen TV with a few stations, including music videos of West African and international music, walk in shower, separate room for toilet. Breakfast buffet is organized with fresh fruits, figs, apricots, prunes. various breads and what looks like home-made fruit jams. Millet, various fresh yogurts, several cereals, and smoked salmon. A few salads are also available. Hot foods include 4 – 6 items, varying from bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, hard cooked eggs, a spicy tomato based veggie dish. The made-to-order station includes eggs fixed any way, and omelets with choice of 7 ingredients and 4 spices. Fresh juices, bottled water, several coffee and tea options round out the breakfast. Open for lunch. Dinner fare include menu ordering options or a buffet with mains, salads, sides, and dessert. Service is impeccable. The fitness room is open 24/7, and the entrance is next to the front desk, The elliptical machines and treadmills offer a beautiful sea view during the work out. Bring your own music. The conference rooms were always busy. The pool area includes three cabanas and pool towel service. Very refreshing and close to pool restaurant and bar. Security is extensive and thorough. Housekeeping service is great and trustworthy. The small gift shop offers some handicrafts including fashion batik fans, perfumes, upscale clothing for women at boutique prices. One day my key did not work and the replacement did not work. They determined that a tech was needed. He was at work on replacing the lock battery within 5 minutes. Everyone here was extremely helpful, polite, professional. I cannot possibly name all the wonderful people and one name I can remember is ABABACAR. Great people and service. Sea front rooms offer a window to the sea when you are near the window and open it for a fresh breeze. Seaview rooms offer a window to the sea. Be aware that traditional musicians often perform at 7pm in hotel outdoor bar area, loud enough to be heard in sea view rooms.

元々宿泊とダカール〜フライト　キャンセルによる宿泊の2泊しました。 リゾートホテルで雰囲気満点。 ゴレ島はあまりに良く部屋からは見えませんでした。特に大きな欠点なく プールも完備またビーチも歩いていけます。 まだ中央公園 ＩLOVEダカールのモニュメントやスーパーも徒歩圏内。 安心のホテルでおすすめです。 四つ星ホテルに沿ったホテル

Dakar novotel Juste convenable Veritable usine lors des repas ,trop de monde , des buffets asez moyen surtout le matin Vite pillé, et lentement rempli... La nourriture est vraiment quelquonque. Chambre correct Personnel sympa sans plus

Bon séjour au novotel de Dakar Hôtel tres bien situé et personnel agréable. Chambre propre mais dommage que la fenêtre ne soit pas parallèle à la mer. On ne profite pas de la très belle vue.

Renové confortable mais douche mediocre Très bien mais la douche a une pression trop faible. Pas possi le pour ce prix.

First trip to Senegal Generally the hotel was clean and well located. The rooms are a decent size and the pool is nice. The absence of a gym was a surprise and means I won’t return. The staff were also quite abrupt, almost rude. Breakfast is expensive.

Receptie is onvriendelijk. Hebben meer tijd voor mobiele telefoon dan voor de klanten. 10 minuten gewacht op hulp, er komt een lokale man, en die wordt eerst geholpen. Ook van een collega gehoord dat er problemen waren/onvriendelijke mensen aan de receptie. Verder ok Hotel. Erg duur voor de kwaliteit die geboden wordt
