Sheikh Ali Dahab Resort

We had a blissful 16 nights at Sheikh Ali hotel and we found it to be the perfect place to stay in Dahab. The location is excellent, only a few minutes‘ walk or a few minutes by taxi (which are just around the corner) from pretty much anywhere in Dahab. For divers, Blue Ocean diving school next door is a must. You will not find a better diving school or a nicer folks anywhere! At the hotel, the junior suite was very pretty and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a huge bed with plenty of firm or soft pillows. The breakfast is delicious, with Egyptian or European options which can be combined if you wish. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and everything we had was very nice, especially the falafel and the barbecued fish (order in advance). The team is absolutely lovely and goes above and beyond to make your stay excellent. Sherif in particular is amazing. He manages to be in ten places at the same time and will help you with anything you will ever need. He is the heart and soul of the hotel (at least from the guest perspective) and one of the main reasons we will surely come back. But everyone else is lovely as well, and the little touches make everything about this place very special.

Wat een leuk en.prettig hotel is Sheikh Ali! Heerlijke ruime kamer dat eigenlijk, op een keuken na, een appartement is. Gezellig ingericht en fijne bedden. Pool is ook mooi. Het hotel ligt heel rustig, ruim weg van het (nu) winderige strand en ook van het lawaai van de boulevard en winkelstraat. Maar alles is op loopafstand. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, altijd in voor een chat. Prima ontbijt met veel verschillende dingen. En als het niet op de kaart staat dan maken ze het. Als ik weer naar Dahab ga voor een duikvakantie, dan kom ik zeker terug naar Sheikh Ali!

Wederom een fantastische ervaring bij Sheikh Ali Dahab Resort in Dahab! Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam wat de beleving opnieuw bijzonder maakt. We zijn hier vorig jaar ook geweest en komen zeker weer terug. Een echte aanrader!

Me and my partner Rob are returning for a second year to this hotel and we will definitely be back next year. The staff is amazing, friendly and make us feel happy and at home. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the best food in Dahab after a dive. The hotel is a total recomendation 🙌

Amazing service and room. The overall experience was just perfect. The location was very good and very calm. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. And the smell of the soap is remarkable. Loved our stay, and would recommend it for sure.

We had a fabulous week at Sheikh Ali. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are huge, very clean and comfortable. The fresh breakfast was a highlight and served on the beautiful terrace. The pool area was lovely and the kids spent many happy hours there. The location is very peaceful but close to all that Dahab has to offer (snorkelling/diving/lovely restaurants/camel rides/horse riding, the list goes on). We will definitely be back!
