整體服務感覺非常良好，我們入住了三日兩夜，由於巴士時間關係，我們提早於9:00am就到達了酒店，酒店十分體貼，提供我們在大約11:00am就辦理了提早check in。可以好好的在房間整理休息一下。 房間的整潔度符合預期，唯燈光比較暗淡，熱水夠熱，但水壓一般。員工甚至救生員一有時間就會在清潔各區域，所以難怪酒店環境很乾淨，以海邊酒店來說，是我見過最少蚊蟲的酒店。 早餐及晚餐質素合格，有大量甜品、很可口的麵包及各種沙律，乳酪、牛奶都有多種類形提供選擇。唯肉類是一般埃及水準，仍有進步的空間。但2晚餐都有不同的地方，確實小驚喜。 最令人滿意的是酒店員工的服務：由於我們的巴士班次被取消了，要改變行程，臨時需要由本來已附費的延遲退房6小時($35 USD)改為延遲退房3小時 ($17 USD)，服務員Mr. Hussain及Mr. Kevolles十分願意明白我們的情況並解決了我們的困擾。謝謝他們。 建議酒店可以改善的地方有以下： 1. 增加來往Dahab Downtown 的班次 2. 提高供電穩定性 3. 恆常檢查房間設備，比如說我們房間的洗手盆、廁所及熱水壺都曾經壞過。 但Jaz Dahabeya酒店讓我們渡過了美好的假期。對Dahab留下了美好回憶。

住了四天房間沒有WIFI，整個酒店並不是所説的公共區域WiFi，至少幾乎沒有信號。定的包早晚餐套餐，酒店晚餐不提供任何飲料，衹有水，這在埃及的其他酒店是不多見的。因為最便宜的可樂和果汁都沒有。6/7日進大門時候突然跳出個不是安保的工作人員，即使報了房間號和出示房卡也不讓進，問東問西很搞笑，不知道幹嘛的，非常粗魯。

大堂的飲品很開胃 有免費巴士去集市 一天有兩個時間段 餐飲比較精美 晚上還有節目

達哈卜住的最舒服的酒店了 歡迎飲料超級好喝 服務很棒 酒店有班車 不過需要額外收費 但是勝在乾淨 不考慮預算的可以

The hotel staff are universally attentive friendly and professional. Evening entertainment is of a very high standard. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were always excellent. If you are thinking of a red sea resort Dahab has a truly Egyptian vibe . Visit Jaz Dahabeya - you wont be disappointed!

Comme promis l'année passé, nous sommes de retour et dès notre arrivée, première chose en guise de bienvenue, on nous offre un rafraichissement. Durant un rapide check-in, un bagagiste avait déjà chargé nos valises pour les transporter dans nos chambres. Les chambres sont grandes, propres avec un plateau de courtoisie avec thés, café. Les matelas, oreillers impeccables. La salle de bain est grande, un peu ancienne mais propre et fonctionnelle. La belle piscine et la mer sont très proches des chambres. En février l'eau est un peu froide, mais on peut tout de même se baigner. L'équipe de l'animation est active dès le matin. Stretching, aquagym, pétanque, sont proposés aux clients, mais sans insister si on préfère rester sur les transats . Les enfants ont aussi leur animatrice, qui est présente pour eux. Elle trouve toujours de quoi les occuper avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de douceur. Le soir également animation pour enfants, puis soirée animée par des quizz et danses. Trop top ces soirées. Merci beaucoup à toute cette équipe. Je ne vais pas oublier tout le personnel qui travaille aux cuisines (toujours de bons, non ...d'excellents repas), les serveurs toujours souriants et tellement aimables, efficaces mais sans stress, les nettoyeurs qui font le job toute la journée pour maintenir une propreté irréprochable dans tout l'hôtel et dans les jardins, et lorsqu'on les croise toujours souriants. Grand merci à eux. Nous aimerions remercier la Direction du Jaz Dahabeya qui nous a offert lors de notre départ, un souvenir sous forme de petit sac avec des produits naturels, pierre ponce volcanique et sels de bains. I went with my family and the atmosphere was good and suitable for the family and children. Everyone enjoyed it, young and old. I would like to thank all the staff for the effort they put into the place so that everyone could enjoy it. A big thank you to the animation team for having a great time.

Best hotel , location is perfect. Very good hospitality , and the enternainment team are very friendly . Very clean rooms and team is very friendly we had so much fun. Beach and sea are very sunny, pool is very save. Room service is very clean and helpful

Ottimo albergo, camere pulite, funzionali, letti, molto comodi, spiaggia e piscina accoglienti con vista sullle montagne del deserto. Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante dove il cibo è vario e buono, gentilezza e professionalità ricevuta da tutto lo staff, molto simpatici, accoglienti e bravi i ragazzi dell’animazione. ci tornerò di sicuro.

Amazing friendly staff and amazing services, clean rooms amazing animation team and good food also Amazing location and facilities and also accessible to every place in dahab and you can have lots of transportation when whenever you want.

Amazing Tanoura show at Jaz!! This exceeded all our expectations. Super talented dancers and such a great vibe. If you're coming to Egypt you must see Tanoura- and the show at Jaz was soooo good. Unmissable! Jaz has great cocktails with interesting ingredients like basil, and you can even order a shisha- though this is popular so order early in the evening to avoid disappointment as they have a limited number of shishas. The staff and animation team are brilliant. Everyone we met who works at Jaz are so friendly and such genuinely nice people, (not like some hotels where it feels like staff are just being nice for the tips.) At Jaz they seem to have found staff who love their jobs and the guests. And they're always smiling! As a guest, it really makes a difference to the overall experience. Special thanks to manager Hussain at reception for his first class service. He went above and beyond helping us to have a great experience. The animation team, Abdul and the girls are super welcoming and nice and they make sure you don't miss out on fun stuff that's happening in the hotel. And the MC for the entertainment is fab too- his vibe is the total opposite of the cheesy style you might expect from a hotel. I was undecided about which Dahab hotel to book for our trip, and deliberated a lot between Jaz and another hotel. If you're undecided too, then- honestly- I think a place like Jaz that scores a few points higher on Trip Advisor reviews than it's competitors says a lot about a place. It means a lot of guests were blown away by the experience.

مكان جميل وغرف جميلة وشاطىءممتاز وفريق متعاون بشكل عام ولكن يفضل عمل تغييرات فيما يخص الاغذية ومراعاة المحافظة على مستوى الخدمة حتى في اوقات نقص الاشغال في الفندق

الاستقبال جمميل والغرفه رائعه وفيها فعليات جميله والتعامل رائع ومهتميسن بنظافه مرره ودا اهم شي عندي مركزين بنظافه وجهك بشوش والفعليات اللي فيها مرره حلوه والاطلاله اللي عند الغرفه مرره حلوه وراح اعقد التجربه اكييد وانصح الكل يروح لجاز الدهبيه🤍
