整體服務感覺非常良好，我們入住了三日兩夜，由於巴士時間關係，我們提早於9:00am就到達了酒店，酒店十分體貼，提供我們在大約11:00am就辦理了提早check in。可以好好的在房間整理休息一下。 房間的整潔度符合預期，唯燈光比較暗淡，熱水夠熱，但水壓一般。員工甚至救生員一有時間就會在清潔各區域，所以難怪酒店環境很乾淨，以海邊酒店來說，是我見過最少蚊蟲的酒店。 早餐及晚餐質素合格，有大量甜品、很可口的麵包及各種沙律，乳酪、牛奶都有多種類形提供選擇。唯肉類是一般埃及水準，仍有進步的空間。但2晚餐都有不同的地方，確實小驚喜。 最令人滿意的是酒店員工的服務：由於我們的巴士班次被取消了，要改變行程，臨時需要由本來已附費的延遲退房6小時($35 USD)改為延遲退房3小時 ($17 USD)，服務員Mr. Hussain及Mr. Kevolles十分願意明白我們的情況並解決了我們的困擾。謝謝他們。 建議酒店可以改善的地方有以下： 1. 增加來往Dahab Downtown 的班次 2. 提高供電穩定性 3. 恆常檢查房間設備，比如說我們房間的洗手盆、廁所及熱水壺都曾經壞過。 但Jaz Dahabeya酒店讓我們渡過了美好的假期。對Dahab留下了美好回憶。

硬件是dahab頂級了，四星酒店五星的服務，知道我要去夜爬大堂經理還貼心的準備了早餐盒

住了四天房間沒有WIFI，整個酒店並不是所説的公共區域WiFi，至少幾乎沒有信號。定的包早晚餐套餐，酒店晚餐不提供任何飲料，衹有水，這在埃及的其他酒店是不多見的。因為最便宜的可樂和果汁都沒有。6/7日進大門時候突然跳出個不是安保的工作人員，即使報了房間號和出示房卡也不讓進，問東問西很搞笑，不知道幹嘛的，非常粗魯。

達哈卜住的最舒服的酒店了 歡迎飲料超級好喝 服務很棒 酒店有班車 不過需要額外收費 但是勝在乾淨 不考慮預算的可以

Excellent Stay at Jaz Dahabeya! Our experience at Jaz Dahabeya was nothing short of amazing! The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Rania, Rodayna, Haitham, and Samba who made our stay incredibly pleasant. At the bar, Maged, Abdalrahman, and Ehab truly stood out with their friendly attitude and great service. The food was delicious, the vibes were relaxing and joyful, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

I really likes the animation and the places and food is really good i give this a 5 starts because every things is perfect i would really come back a other time. The partys are really cool and i had a lot of fun dancing good job i really enjoys my trip , thank youu!!

الفندق ممتاز..استمتعت بالاقامة..مناسب لكل الفئات ومناسب للاطفال يوجد كيدز كلوب وفريق الانيميشن رائع وتوجد حفلات وانشطة طول اليوم .. المشروبات والطعام رائع..الشاطيء رملي والفندق مناسب للاستجمام ..الاستاف رائع ومتعاون جدا وخدوم ومتميز

Excellent service, a very good hotel, beautiful and the view is excellent. Everything was good and we will definitely come again soon. The food was very tasty but we need to put more bottles of water. The hotel is very clean. There is always someone cleaning everywhere and at every moment. The service is perfect and special. Rodina, who helped us with the children and was with us all the time, was good, good, good. We love you, Rodina. Tell her with love, hahaha

أحببت هذا الفندق كثيرًا! الغرف نظيفة جدًا، والموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون. الموقع ممتاز وقريب من جميع الأماكن السياحية والخدمات. الإفطار كان لذيذًا ومتنوعًا، والخدمة رائعة وسريعة. أوصي به بشدة لأي مسافر يبحث عن الراحة والجودة. كانت الإقامة تجربة لا تُنسى وسأعود بالتأكيد!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Super clean rooms, friendly staff, and the location was perfect—close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and service top-notch. Highly recommend for any traveler! It was a great experience! Looking forward to come again
