Dreamland Hotel and Lounge arvostelua

I travelled with my family to Bondowoso and arrived at this hotel in the evening. I was welcomed kindly. The next day, my wife wanted to borrow a spoon to take her child's medicine by contacting the reception. The request was honoured but after a long wait it did not come. The next day, my wife was asked why there was only one coffee stirring spoon left. Even though from the beginning there was only one even though there were two cups. When checking out, I was also a bit surprised because there was a slight chocolate stain on the bed, which was charged 100,000 rupiah. Probably because my child ate chocolate. Actually not because of the nominal but usually things like that are usually not charged in other hotels that I have visited. Even then I had to wait a long time. Maybe the hotel management better improve the service to be faster and not easy to hit the charge.
