挺好的酒店，帶潛店

Good for diving trip. But the facility is too old. The staff is nice and it's good place to stay if you visit the island

1.房間很大，舒適，看到陽台的那一刻還被驚艷了。入住有歡迎飲料。 2.酒店有自己的飯店和按摩服務，西餐，味道説不上適應，但也不差，食物的價格都是四五六七十一份，飲料二三十人民幣一份。按摩也是大約一百元不到點一小時。 3.酒店位置在沙灘上，點一杯飲料，在沙灘邊的餐廳裏坐半天非常的舒展，感覺所有的煩惱都被這碧海藍天和微風帶走了。孩子自己去沙灘上玩水（注意安全啊，我們孩子大了，來這裏還考了潛水員證2000人民幣，超值） 4.這邊的人民風淳樸，沒有那種爾虞我詐，走在路上大人孩子都會跟你問好。一個船員一天的收入大概就三四十人民幣一天，還不是天天有活。所以請大家儘量不要佔他們便宜，曾經有一個船員送了我一個香蕉，我吃完沒有給小費（他沒有表現出需要我給小費），當我後來知道他們收入，一直很懊悔，他們那麼窮對我們都那麼大方，自己應該給個小費的，二三元人民幣他們就很感激了。 5.但是島上的自來水都是鹹的，所以愛美的姐妹們可以提前買礦泉水洗臉，否則變黑的速度肉眼可見。 在這邊看到最多的是來自歐美的三口之家，很多小朋友。 整體感覺是物有所值

Amazing place to stay. Right on the beach front. The beds were slightly hard, but everything else was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Food was so amazing

Horrible resort, would NEVER stay here. This establishment does NOT act human. #1 I reached out to them via WhatsApp, and they take days to respond. This should have been a warning to the level of service they would have provided. However, we decided to make a booking anyways based on their history as a dive shop. #2 The day we were supposed to arrive, we leave cebu city. My wife is in the car turning pale white and about to faint so we change course and head to the hospital. We call them to change the date/request a refund but they give us a run around and ask us to send an email. We send an email and finally 3 days later there response was sorry no show no refund. These guys prefer money and greed over customer service.

Min pojkvän och jag bodde här under vår vistelse på Malapascua i 4 nätter. Over all, ett väldigt trevligt boende med härligt läge. Det som drar ner betyget något är den dåliga servicen vi blev bemötta med i dykcentret (som ligger i anslutning till hotellet) där vi aldrig fick hjälp med de dyk vi ville göra utan vi fick enbart svar om att ”come back tomorrow”. Tråkigt då det var en av våra huvudaktiviteter när vi besökte Malapascua. Kan istället rekommendera granhotellet som tog hand om oss mycket bättre

This place is amazing. The food choices are incredible. They have impressively good pizza. Great coffee. I cannot emphasize enough how good the food is. Service is good. Place is clean.

Good food and property was clean and staff friendly

Shower died, restaurant claiming unpaid bills when all was paid for. WiFi signal to the room was poor at best, lost count how many times I got disconnected just the first hour. Beach was nice though with plenty of sunbeds.

Fantastic Stay Exotic Beach Resort remains to be a fantastic hotel even after my first visit 7 years ago. Food is of great quality, service is fantastic and the rooms are quite spacious.

It’s a long walk… It’s 3*, you get what you pay for. The room was perfectly ok. Shower was quirky, but, worked. Bed comfy, WiFi dreadful. Service was hit & miss. It is quite a long slog from what feels like the heart of this area. Maybe 10-15 mins walk along the beach. It may not sound a lot, but, in 30c + it became a chore, u r hot & sweaty before u get anywhere. Other than the service and location, everything else was acceptable.

Great location Avoid Breakfast Spacious clean rooms. Hot showers cold air conditioning. Beautiful White sand beach quiet location. 5 minutes walk to local shops and street food. On site restaurant has no ability to cook any hot food. Breakfast looks great but cold even though requested hot !! Avoid the restaurant at all cost. Happy Hour at the bar is only for cocktails NO beer so totally pointless that’s why the bar is always empty… Tried to change for drinks we didn’t order or consume upon check out. The cashier Rude and unapologetic. Lacks any customer service skills.
