The best hotel we stayed in Malapascua Island! So peaceful and quiet. Staff are so friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back 💕

Beautiful resort located on the north of the island I prefer to stay here because the beach is nicer, you can easily hire a bike or walk to the different parts of the island Friendly staff and the food is tasty Con: The dorm won't allow A/C usage if fewer than 4 people are in the room.

nice accomodation. The staff are very helpful . I have a great stay in here. A good place to do the Kayak and Paddle board activities. a a great Acoustic music being played in the afternoon.

I am frustrated with how they treat guests who want to check in early. I know there is a policy to follow for the check-in hours, especially for peak days. Hence, it would be better if they were more lenient for days when lesser customers were waiting. We waited for six long hours before we checked into our room. Nobody bothered to check on us if we were exhausted after a 4-hour drive from the Metro. Other than the challenges with the check-in process, the foods were great but a little pricey. Overall, I will come back not for their service but for the front beach location

1. Пляж хороший, лучший на Малапускуа; 2. Расположение неудобное, далеко от пирса и рынка, магазинов рядом нет, достойных мест где можно пообедать, не в отеле, тоже; 3. Еда в ресторане отеля дорогая (1,5-2 раза выше чем на южной стороне) и плохо приготовлена; 4. Завтраки лучше не брать - то тухлая ветчина, то пригорелый рис; 5. По приезду с удивлением узнаешь, что нужно подписать документ с кучей "нельзя" - в частности не приносить в номер ничего из съестного и питьевого, только купленное у них в тридорога, иначе " пробковое" фи в размере 1000 песо и много чего из 10-12 пунктов; 6. Номера чистые, сантехника в исправности, горячая вода есть и с очень небольшой степенью солености; 7. В общем - все отрицательные отзывы на гугл-карте по отелю справедливы. Отель к бронированию не рекомендую, только если только в приоритете наличие хорошего пляжа.

We had a great lunch here. Sitting at the front overlooking the beach. Staff were really super friendly. Great fresh juices. Great Nasi Goreng and Chicken Burger. Service was really quick. Great place to eat lunch or dinner. Really good prices too

Non capisco il punteggio così basso. La struttura è accogliente e pulita, le stanze spartane, ma confortevoli ed hanno un terrazzino con poltrone. Il ristorante è ottimo: tutto cucinato bene, porzioni abbondanti e anche economico. La spiaggia è la più bella dell’isola senza dubbio. Il personale è gentile. Hanno anche il servizio lavanderia. I miei amici hanno fatto diving ed erano molto soddisfatti sia dell’esperienza che del costo. Unica pecca: i galli iniziano a cantare presto di mattina e le stanze affacciano sul cortile dove c’è il pollaio. Ho visto spesso l’alba.

Nous avons réservé notre ressort dans le sud de l'île pour être proche de tous les dives center, et c'est une grosse erreur car nous venons a celui-ci tous le jours, pour le Dive Center, la plage qui est vraiment la plus belle, son restaurant et ses shake mango 🤪. Nous avons eu une très bonne surprise sur la qualité du service.

The staff and food were great! The room was comfortable with good air ventilation.
