오전일찍 여행을 나갈 투숙객이 아니라 늦잠자고 여유롭게 투숙하시는 거라면 7층은 비추천합니다.8층이 레스토랑이라 층간소음이 너무 심합니다

Service không tệ nhưng trải nghiệm của mình tệ. Cửa thông minh hư, quầy nước phục vụ lâu,nhân viên lễ tân check thông tin mới giao khoá cửa mặc dù mình đã check in rồi, về muộn mà còn làm khó khách. Sẽ không quay lại

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen zum Meer und zu den Highlights in der Stadt. Hervorragender Service in allen Bereichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und Komfortabel. Sehr gemütliche Betten und Kissen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist Spitzenklasse.

這是一家開業不久的酒店，設施配置不錯，前台辦理入住體驗不是很好，細節有待提高，其它工作人員微笑禮貌，大床房樓層比較低，越南摩託車超級多， 而且開的很快，噪音很大 ！

酒店前台女職員沒記性，態度差，入住時已經要求late check out到12:30， 已得到她確認，到第二天12時check時間，還打電話上來房間催促夠鐘check out，到12:30check out 時，我們到前台問他為什麼已經確認可延遲退房還打電話上來，他卻說忘記了，然後要求我們等待3分鐘檢查房間，後來就說房間遺失了一個洗衫袋，要求我們賠償，但我們完全沒有使用過他的物品，因為每一樣物品也要收費，而且房間的水樽也是從戎的不知道有沒有清洗過，所以我們不敢使用，後來我們堅持不會賠償，再回想起當初入住看到時每一位check out 客人也被要求在前台收費的原因，這間酒店銷售手法十分有問題，建議如果要入住這酒店，入住房間check-in時要拍低影片記錄清楚，因為他們屈你的時候會給你看一段影片，說是他們在你入住前拍攝的，但不知道拍攝時間是否真假，小心這黑店👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

어정쩡한 위치에 있고.. 주변에 공사중인 곳들도 많아서.. 사실 그리 추천하지는 않아요.. 조식이 맛나고.. 조식이 맛나고.. 작은 수영장이지만 인피니티풀이여서 날 좋으면 사진 이쁘게 나와요..

I can’t thank this guys enough… I ask them for some help for a surprise to my girlfriend for her birthday and what they did exceded my expectations. They organised some balloons , rose petals , elephant towels and a big happy birthday above the bed . I work as a manager in a restaurant and I can confirm the service of the staff is 100/10 !! The receptionist was always there for any help I needed , the concierge greeted me every time I passed through reception and the rest of the staff was always polite and friendly. Room was very clean and exactly how it looked in the pictures , the breakfast was a buffet type with plenty of choice and the location is few meters from the beach . If the owner/ manager read this message please take care of your staff because they are really there for anything your customers need . Once again THANK YOU to everyone who works here and thank you for giving to my girlfriend an unforgettable birthday. Wish you all the best :)

Excellent breakfast! Young, talented chef makes amazing guilty pleasure cream puffs and Portuguese nata de pasteles as well as Asian beer noodle soups. Delicious and comprehensive spread in the morning to start the day. Beautiful, spacious French styled rooms. Tony at the front desk and our young lady bartender were friendly, helpful and sweet! They represented the hotel very well. Hotel is lucky tto have them on staff!

Este hotel de 4 estrellas está ubicado en la mejor zona de Da Nang, a dos cuadras de la playa. Es muy cómodo y la suite en donde nos hospedamos tiene un balcón enorme, en toda una esquina. Tiene unos 45 m2, una habitación hermosa con ducha y bañadera gigante. El desayuno es muy completo, aunque faltan productos occidentales. El té no tiene gusto porque le ponen un saquito a uña hervidor a de unos tres litros. El café, a veces estaba frío. Pero hay hervidor en la habitación. Un tip: reserve una suite por poca diferencia de precio. Están en la esquina, lo que le da una hermosa vista llena de ventanas. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal. Fuimos recibidos por dos personas con bellas sonrisas, Helen, la hermosa recepcionista y Suong o Sueng. el encantador y simpático empleado quien nos llevó las maletas a la habitación y nos explicó cómo usar la televisión y otras cosas. Helen y Suong nos asistieron en varias oportunidades. Son empleados ejemplares, muy profesionales. Por supuesto que los otros empleados también nos atendieron excelentemente, como el muchacho que prepara tragos, tiene mucho talento en lo que hace. Resumen: hospédese en hotel del luna. Me lo va a agradecer.

Beautiful hotel We had such an amazing stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room we had faced the city and partial view of the water which was so nice. My favourite part was the bath bowl ◡̈

Khách sạn 4 sao mà như 2 sao. Nhà tắm thì vết bẩn . Phòng ko bằng cái nhà nghỉ. Nhân viên thì tạm được . Nhưng lúc khách cần thi ko nhiệt tình. Trải nghiệm tại khách sạn sẽ không bao giờ có lần thứ 2 …nói chung chưa bao giờ tới 1 khách sạn 4 sao lại ko thể chấp nhận nổi . Khách sạn nên xem lại .

Zuerst das positive.... schönes Hotel, sauber, ruhig . Das Personal ist ist sehr gut geschult, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet hell, sauber und entsprechen dem Standard. Wir hatten eine King Suite mit Balkon. Ein Zimmer, 4 qm Balkon.Kein safe im Zimmer.Ein großer Raum. Für die bade Utensilien sollte man separat bezahlen. Das auf verschiedenen Seiten hochgepriesene Frühstück war leider ein flop. Airconditioner entweder sau kalt oder gar nicht.... auf den Reparsturmenschen warte ich heute noch. Das Zimmer war von gebrauchsspuren und Moskitoflecken gezeichnet. Dinner fiel aus, keiner im 7ten Stock, Der Pool ist eigentlich keiner, er ist zum abkühlen ok, aber zum schwimmen zu klein. Entweder haben wir die falsche Zeit erwischt, oder wir sind zu verwöhnt von anderen Hotels in Vietnam. Mein Kollege und ich reisen sehr viel und waren, nachdem wir die Kritiken gelesen hatten, überzeugt, daß richtige Hotel gewählt zu haben. Dieser Erfahrungsbericht soll keine schelte sein, nein aber wir waren wirklich enttäuscht und hoffen, daß das Management darüber nachdenkt.
