This hotel’s staff and service is very very poor and clearly only money driven. We booked the hotel unfortunately for the wrong dates, of course our mistake, but we only found out when we arrived at night with a small baby of 6 months old. We were completely unaware of this mistake and arrived on the day of the check out. We booked 3 days. Then when we arrived we were informed of this booking mistake by the front desk. The hotel did not make any attempt to contact us or Trip.com after we did not show up for 3 days. When we arrived, after traveling all day with our small baby there was no solution offered not even considered they said they couldn’t contact us. Trip.com informed us the hotel did not register this stay as a ‘no show’ so they were completely unaware. Of course it’s our fault of booking the wrong dates, but it’s a shame the hotel did not make any attempt to contact us directly or via Trip.com when we did not show up for 3 days in a row. Also, it shows of poor service if no solution is offered to help out guest who traveled the whole day with a little baby… so they send us away at 8pm when the baby was completely stressed out and tired. I would expect they care more about there guests and would try to offer a decent solution. The hotel wasn’t sold out for those nights… but we decided to look for a different hotel after this poor welcome in Danang. We did not feel welcomed at all and not helped in any way. The staff was cold and was only sticking to their policies. They also told us they have notified trip.com of our no show, but trip.com said they have not. And I received a ‘review your stay’ email that same evening.. so it was clearly not true. They kept on saying they don’t have our contact details because be booked via trip.com, they told us if we would have booked differently they would have contacted us for sure… well they did not contact Trip.com at all so that’s probably not their procedure to check in on guest who are not showing up… poor and very cold service of a small hotel you won’t expect it… we stay more often in Danang and will never choose this hotel or affiliated hotels any more! And I would recommend if you stay with small children,, not to consider this hotel as they are completely not caring about their guest and their littles ones well-being. Just money and procedure driven.
