The hotel lobby has no air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable, especially in the hot weather. The swimming pool was not clean, and the entire hotel had an unpleasant smell, similar to a wet market. Overall, the hotel did not provide a comfortable or pleasant environment.

I specifically paid extra to book a room with a balcony because that was one of the features I was looking forward to. However, upon check-in, I was informed that I had been automatically upgraded to a Premium Suite. While I appreciated the gesture, the suite didn’t have a balcony and was much larger than what I needed as a solo traveler. I would have preferred to keep my original room, but I was told it was no longer available as it had already been assigned to other guests. Unfortunately, what seemed like an upgrade turned out to be quite disappointing. The room layout was rather odd, with the wash basin located directly behind the bed. Throughout the stay, I could hear water flowing through the ceiling pipes, which became quite noticeable, especially at night. There were also no power outlets beside the bed, making it inconvenient to charge my phone or other devices. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. There were ants everywhere! On the table, the floor, and even on the bed. The bed frame and flooring also looked dusty and not very well maintained, which made the room feel unclean. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that the room isn’t ideal. Even with all the lights turned off, light still came through the window behind the bathroom, and in the morning I could hear music from the neighborhood, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Overall, despite the hotel’s attractive exterior and the staff’s kind intention to upgrade my room, my two-night stay was unfortunately quite unpleasant.

The soundproofing wasn't very good, the breakfast service is very simple until didn't even provide basic milk, and the toilet drainage was very slow, causing water to overflow and soak the entire floor. Btw, the hotel overall exterior design is quite beautiful.

It was amazing hotel, very nice atmosphere and very clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they can speak English. Hotel also closed to many places.

Pros: • Great location within walking distance of My Khe Beach. • A 24-hour convenience store/mart is nearby, making it easy to buy snacks, drinks, or essentials at any time. • Getting around is very convenient with Grab, which was our main mode of transportation. • The hotel still feels quite new and well-maintained. • The building has only five floors, giving it a quieter and less crowded atmosphere. • There is a swimming pool, although it is quite small and seems more decorative than practical. During our stay, we never saw anyone actually using it. Cons: • Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited and the food quality was below expectations. • The room was generally fine, but when we first checked in, the air conditioner was leaking water, leaving part of the floor wet. • We stayed for two nights, and housekeeping did not clean the room or replenish drinking water unless we specifically requested it. • The male staff member working the night shift appeared to have difficulty communicating in English, which made it challenging to get information or assistance. • There is no fitness center despite some travelers expecting one. • As mentioned, the swimming pool is very small and doesn’t seem to be a facility that guests actively use. Overall: The hotel’s biggest strengths are its location, reasonable price, and relatively new condition. While there is definitely room for improvement in terms of breakfast, housekeeping, and staff communication, I still think it offers good value for travelers who only need a comfortable place to sleep after a full day of sightseeing.

Le Boutique Hotel was the second favorite of my trip, offering a wonderful balance of style and simplicity. The hotel features a beautiful, aesthetic exterior and a 'humble' atmosphere that feels very welcoming. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great local dining options. While it is a 40 to 60 minute drive from the international airport, the commute is well worth it for the safety and hospitality provided by the friendly staff. A fantastic choice for travelers seeking a quieter, stylish retreat.

great choice for couples! We rated our stay 4/5 across the board. The hotel is very clean, well-situated in a good location, and the service was great. We really enjoyed the amenities and felt very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The environment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax throughout the stay. Both the room and common areas felt welcoming and pleasant. The hotel staff provided excellent service—they were attentive, friendly, and kept in touch whenever needed. Their responsiveness made the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.

room is clean but toilet a bit moldy so recommend to scrub it down a bjt more to make it look cleannnn but yeah overall experience is good, near to the beach and shops, very aesthetic and prettyyyy. breakfast can have more varieties too
