Nice hotel, good price and very close to the beach. They opened all the windows in my room and one wouldn’t close- not good for mosquitos. But rest of stay good.

窓が閉まらないので騒音が激しい！

Arrived at hotel in the afternoon around 3pm, they messaged in the morning asking what time we were arriving and they were informed of this. When we arrived, they said that the air conditioner wasn’t working and so we could no longer have this room. He took us to the hotel across the road and said he organised a room there, apart from it was more expensive and really awful with no air conditioner and a bad smell. Worse condition than we had booked and for more money? When we said no we were bombarded with his friends offering us other hotels. Seemed to be like a scam. Really disappointing because the other reviews were decent and instead we were left stranded and feeling as if we had been scammed.
