Bad Service, room are dirty, bed are itchy. And there frog in the room. Staff are not helpful, Restaurants staff are not kind and rude. Especially when you order omelet, look like we getting free food. Not willing to do it and give the portion half. Worst hotel in Danang

房間整潔，大海特別漂亮，服務態度也很不錯。 早餐很豐盛，墨西哥餐廳難吃，別去。其他除了貴沒有什麼缺點。

此行程預訂了三臥室Villa，到步後房間有兩間冷氣不夠，酒店幫我們跟進及換了房間後沒有問題，而且還送了我們一個下午茶作補償！酒店環境舒適，另外值得一提此房型包Spa按摩非常專業，酒店服務員亦會每一日問有什麼可以協助及需要值得稱讚

셔워실 물이 잘 안내려간다 얘기했더니 금방 해결해주셨어요 머리카락 때문에 잘 막히나봐요 씻을때 주의하셔야 할듯요 그것외에는 모든게 완벽했습니다😍

LINEで質問すれば答えて貰えるの有難かったです。アメニティも揃っていて、プールも最高でした！ 立地はあまり良くないです、ホテルの中で過ごす方にはいいと思います！

It was the best hotel in danang, it’s the most relax hotel…..if you are going for gateway you must visit it.

family trip with great food within property, most impressed by the seafood dinner buffet. we met chef hoang and his team, they taught us vietnamese food etiquette! seafood is all freshly grilled and plenty to offer, no fights! (attached a photo of the pretty decor) breakfast is also a must everyday, they change ingredients, gals are all very helpful, keep us anticipated~ with pools all around, again, no fights with hotel guests. plus jacuzzi near the beach area too! helen and team took care of us day & night. staff are all nice, xin-chao!! ps. can add more service details in spa. keep it up~

Naman Retreat is a very nice resort next to the beach and there are a couple of golf courses nearby as well. It is also close to the Airport （only 1/2 hour drive） and Hoi An Ancient town. it suits our family's needs. We booked a villa with private pool and included spa service. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed so much the massages at the SPA. The pool was really good for us when we wanted some quiet time and relaxation. Evelyn was the lady from hotel who looked after all our needs. Since it was my first time in Da Nang I relied a lot on Evelyn to help me booking limo and excursion tours. I really appreciate Evelyn‘s great service and her willingness to run extra miles to satisfied our needs （despite working late in the evening to ensure my daughter’s tailored made trousers could be delivered in the evening before we left the next morning） We had a very present stay at Naman Retreat and will come back in the future.

お部屋はゲストルームキングの海の見えないお部屋出したがインテリアや色合いなどとてもオシャレで良かったです。 シャワーはトイレと仕切りがなかったため、トイレの方に水が漏れ出してしまうのだけ少し不便でした。 サービスについては主人が牡蠣にあたってしまい、体調を崩した際、看護師さんを部屋に派遣くださったり、お粥を出してくれ、またチェックアウトの時間も少し伸ばしてくれて、とても助かりました。 フロントはLINEで連絡がとれ、翻訳もすぐしてくれるの でとても連絡しやすかったです。 また朝食ビュッフェのフォーが美味しく何度もおかわりしてしまいました！ あいにくの雨だったのでプールなどに入れなかったので次回、また宿泊し、プールにも入ってみたいです。

酒店地理位置鄰近美溪沙灘，鄰近會安市，房間10分有驚喜，私隱度十足，乾淨程度亦都10分滿意，誠意推介

Absolutely gorgeous 5* resort. The grounds are the highlight of this place and the beautiful staff. Min was absolutely amazing, checking in on us every day and helping with any problems we had, she looked after us so well. The staff here, everyone is so, so friendly! We upgraded from an apartment to a 1 bedroom private pool room. I highly recommend this option as it's quiet, peaceful and so beautiful. Having your own private pool and lpunge chairs was wonderful. Thos resort was the only resort we stayed at on our 18 day trip that had happy hour! The happy hour is great value with buy 1, get 1 free at the pool! Our favorite food place here was the mexican restaurant, I can not recommend this enough. The food is the best mexican we have ever had and the staff are so beautiful and kind ❤️ The hayhay restaurant was very disappointing for dinner and we would not eat there again. This is the same place breakfast was served. The breakfast was nice but you need to go very early otherwise it is horrible with lines and not enjoyable. The spa was beautiful but quite pricey. Not the most expensive I saw on my trip however. I had a facial there which was good and it smelt amazing! We would definitely come back to Naman to stay when we visit Da nang again.
