직원들 친절하고 조식 맛있고 편안하게 쉬기 좋았습니다. 수영장 앞 해변도 즐길 수 있다는 것도 장점입니다. 리조트 건너에 마트와 음식점 마사지 샾이 있어서 편했습니다.

This is our second time back in 2 years. They have upgraded some of the facilities. Breakfast remains good though I think this time they added more Korean food which is not my cup of tea. Room is good. Pool is great. The beach was quiet and very private. Our kids love Pullman and they are looking forward going back again. My daughter accidentally broke the glass in the bathroom and they wanted to charge me for that. It is not a huge amount of money but this is the first time ever I have been asked to pay for a broken glass. As hotel operator, I believe they know usual wear and tear and accidentally damaged items. The room charge should have factored in normal situation like this. It is not vandalism, only one glass was broken and we did not hide it, we left the glass there for them to see and pick up. We were very surprised at them asking us to pay. What if thr fan or air con is broken, will they charge us for fixing it? I suggest them putting a sign up to inform us what will be the charges if things are broken in the room so that we have an option whether we need them to be in the room.

早餐真的好吃，地理位置好，附近幾家5星餐廳都好吃，司機告訴我好多出名餐廳。出入真的方便，便利店到處都是，挺好的。可惜我住的三天要去會安和巴拿山兩天，沒有好好享受酒店的服務，夜景挺美，沙灘有酒吧，坐在沙灘上喝啤酒真舒服

좋긴 한데 서비스가 아쉬움

可能是因為前幾天住的是富國島麗晶實在太完美了，所以到峴港這住鉑爾曼就有點落差了，首先房間一直濕乎乎潮唧唧的很不清爽，空調開的低會稍微好一點；minibar也不免費；早餐普普通通不夠好吃；沙灘是很長很長的一條海岸線公共的，不夠私密。入住的時候送了四個權益：雙人60分鐘SPA、冰沙、下午茶和機場接送機（僅有21:30和12:30兩個時段），四選二，我們選了SPA和冰沙，冰沙超大碗的！SPA也還可以，但要早點預約，提前一天都約不上第二天的至少要提前兩天

コスパの良いリゾートホテル。 特に良いのが、朝食。 結局、日本語が出来るスタッフには会えなかったが、分かりやすい英語を喋るし、この価格のホテルではあり得ないレベルでフレンドリーで親切です。 特に配車係が素晴らしい。 強いて悪い所を言えば、ドライヤーが弱い、シャワーの水圧が弱い、Wi-Fiが少し弱い、プールサイドのベッドがすぐにいっぱいになる事ぐらいです。

リゾート感が半端ないです。ビーチにすぐ出れるので持物を気にしなくて良いです。タオルも用意されています。

깔끔하고 수영장 좋아요. 바다가 바로 연결돼서 그것도 좋습니다. 가족단위로 여행하기 정말 좋은 리조트 입니다. 추천 드려요. 

수영장 및 해변을 같이 이용할수 있어서 좋았어여 조식은 매우 만족스러웠어여 특히 커피가 인상적이었어여 룸은 욕조가 높은것 빼고는 만족스러웠어여 다시 다낭 여행계획을 한다면 다시 숙박리스트에 올릴것 같아여 만족스러운 호텔이었어여
