Good location and close to the beach. Staff friendly and helpful. View from swimming pool is magnificent.

Отель с хорошим расположением. Отличный вид с балкона, поэтому рекомендую бронировать номера с видом именно на море. Завтраки хорошие, достаточно разнообразные. Единственный минус - отелю неплохо было бы обновить ремонт.

説實在的我真不想評論這家賓館，幾十年了我應該沒對賓館有過太大的反感。首先説説優點吧，絕佳的位置，對面就是沙灘，而且位於沙灘比較好的地段，酒吧很不錯；早餐大媽服務很熱情周到，走的那天我還特地去打了招呼。説説不滿意的地方吧：我是從芽莊海景房轉到這一家來的，芽莊住得非常滿意，於是在這家預訂了三天海景房，結果真的是大失所望。前天那位會説中文的人可能是太忙了，也可能是自我感覺太好，反正是一副無可協商的口氣。我要二張房卡結果不行，要知道我可是訂了二個人的房間，更氣人的是我預訂房間位於是4-18樓層，結果給了我4樓房間，而且還是偏的位置。真是令人無語。

비치앞이라 너무좋아요 ~^^

酒店各方面都不錯，有海景、去景點地方和機埸很近和方便。需然不是全新酒店但乾淨。早餐也很豐富。服務員態度也非常殷勤。

Good location, just in front of My Khe Beach. Clean room with comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast is delicious with variety of foods. Staffs are very accommodating. The only downside is that the noise in the lobby can be heard clearly inside the room.

The service was impeccable and the staff incredibly warm and friendly. The hotel is at an incredibly convenient and beautiful location, right by the beach with an amazing rooftop pool.

Don’t be fooled by the 4-star rating. We stayed for two nights and booked four rooms for our family, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly right from the start, with our check-in delayed by almost 30 minutes without any apology or explanation. To make matters worse, when we accidentally left a pair of Havaianas slippers in the room, the staff showed a complete lack of responsibility. They outright refused to check or help us locate the slippers, insisting they were not found and showing no willingness to assist. This level of service was unacceptable and made our stay the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Avoid this hotel at all cost!
