Я довольна, мне понравилось. Только почему цена на выходные почти в 2 раза больше, чем в будни, если у вас отель пустой почти?

Perfect place to stay in Da Nang, 7min to the sea side. We booked it 4 times (extended our first stay). Clean and nice, but be aware thatsome of economy options don't have any windows. We asked staff to give us s room with windows Love this place, I will come back

일단 침구가 붉은색이에요. 깨끗한지를 모르겠지만 일단 냄새는 나지 않았어요. 일반적인 원룸형식인데 싱크대는 매우높고(서양인들 체구에 적합한듯), 집기류들은 사용할수가 없었어요. (왜 이런기구들을 버리지 않는지 의심) 침대주변에 콘센트가 없어서 매우 불편했고, 세면대 코크는 고장나서 아예 사용조차 하지 못했어요. 수압또한 매우 약했습니다. 창문이 없다보니 환기가 잘 안되는것 같아요. 에어컨을 틀면 곰팡이 냄새가 제법 납니다. 오래 묵고싶지않아요. 아파트먼트 형태가 원래 이런곳이지는 모르겠지만... 한번의 추억으로 남기고 싶네요

Отличное расположение: пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рядом много кафе, рынок, недалеко круглосуточный супермаркет. В отеле довольно тихо, ремонт в соседнем здании практически закончился, шумных работ больше нет. Не хватило: мыла для рук в туалете.

ฉันชอบที่นี่นะ สะดวก สบาย อุปกรณ์ใช้สอยครบครัน จากโรงเเรม เดินไปชายหาด ไม่ไกล ใช้เวลาในการผักผ่อนที่ดี แต่บางครั้ง ได้ยินเสียงดังจากตึก ข้างๆ ที่่กำลังทำการก่อสร้างอยู่บ้าง 😔

This is not a good nor acceptable place. Difficult for me to understand the previous reviews on trip.com: after my arrival I become suspicious and I checked on google, there you can find a lot of 1 stars reviews which correspond to reality. Please check them before booking. Here my review: 1. this place is crazy NOISY: constructions going on from 7am to 5-6pm everyday with pneumatic hammer. Unless your intention is to wake up at 7am everyday and leave, this place is NOT for you; Moreover there is a School in front of the buolding and a lot of traffic. No way to sleep after 7am or even staying in the room. Of course there is also the fridge, crazy noisy too...^^' 2. LUCK of PROFESSIONALITY, the stuff LIED to me in two occasions: when I arrived the owner said the noise was only on first floor, NOT true. I was 4th floor out of 5, never experienced such a noise in a place so far (and my house in Torino is close to the airport...^^' ). Second lie when they told me no construction on sunday: it was as noisy as the other days. If they lie on this, then they could lie also on other things, not TROUSTABLE. 3. the SMELL:sewer smell from the sink, quite disgusting -.-' 4. CLEANESS: the floor was really dirty when I arrived. They do not provide sheets for the blankeet, just a blanket (of course maybe they wash it, but given the rest, I was not sure about it). The laundry machine was dirty. I did the washing of the machine but since there is only cold water wash option...not very hygienic... But I also have to say that the room is exactly equal to the pictures, it is jus a pity that pictures are only for eyes and it is not possible to enable the ears/nose function...^^ Anyway if you want to stay in this place despite my review, good luck, you are advised. In any case don't do it if you want to sleep acceptably. Simona

Hôtel bien situé et chambre spacieuse et propre. L’hôte a été très accueillant et gentil ! Nous avons loué des scooters grâce à lui et il nous a conseillé sur les alentours à visiter.

I found Saluton and ideal stop on my journey. Great location, only a few hundred metres from the beach, with various shops and restaurants nearby including great coffee shops,  The room matched the description and the amenities were good. Best of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. I would recommend for travellers of all kind.  NB: next door currently has construction work going on. This can be distracting during the day, but the work stops in the evening and so won't spoil your sleep. I will stress that this isn't the fault of the hotel, and so any negative views on the place that come from the construction do not fairly represent the quality of the accommodation. 

Чистота, порядок, приветливый персонал.

Хороший номер, но был только с верхними окнами, в виде форточек, положение отеля неплохое, рядом есть спортзал, пляж так же рядом, кафе и магазины тоже рядом
