Toan Thang Beach Hotel - 100m to the Beach

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the convenience and service were highlights, there are several areas where the property could improve its attention to detail. The Highlights Prime Location: The hotel’s strongest asset is its location. It’s situated perfectly within walking distance of numerous restaurants and a mini-mart, making it incredibly easy to grab a meal or supplies. Plus, the proximity to the beach is a huge bonus for any traveler. Local Flavors: The breakfast primarily features local dishes. Everything I tried was flavorful and well-prepared—a great way to start the day. Helpful Service: The staff, in general, were very friendly. I particularly appreciated the laundry service; it was impressively fast and priced very reasonably. The Drawbacks Check-in & Service Mindset: The arrival process was frustrating. Despite it being past 2 PM, the receptionist didn't seem mindful of the guests waiting in the lobby. We weren't informed that our room was ready until we proactively went up to the desk to ask. Room Maintenance: The amenities need an upgrade. The towels provided were quite old and, unfortunately, had visible foot marks on them, which was disappointing for the price paid. Noise Levels: The soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor. I could clearly hear loud noises from the corridor every time someone walked by or opened a nearby door, which made for a less-than-restful stay. Final Verdict This hotel is a great option for travelers who value a prime location and easy access to the beach and local dining. The friendly atmosphere and excellent breakfast make for a pleasant stay. While there are some minor inconsistencies regarding room maintenance and front-desk communication, the overall value and convenience make it a solid home base for exploring the area. With a few small updates to the amenities, this could easily be a top-tier choice.

Good location, very close to the beach. They provide scooter rent for 150k/dong. Took us about 40 minutes to Ba Na hills and Hoi An.

Bedding is hard like stuffing with straw. Linen is soiled and filthy. I asked for cleaned sheet and was given, I placed on top of the soiled sheet and Falled to sleep with my clothes on. $ appeared as a fair deal, but the bottom line is discomfort killed the stay!

I stayed here for three days and overall it was a pleasant experience. The room was very clean, the shower worked great (strong water pressure — always a win), and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is about a five-minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient and probably the biggest plus for me. The only downside was the view from my room. It wasn’t terrible, just not very scenic — mostly rooftops and construction. If you’re someone who really cares about waking up to a beautiful view, you may want to request a specific room. That said, for a short stay, everything was comfortable and nice. I’d stay again for the location and cleanliness.

Good location. Good water pressure. Beds hard as a rock. Morning of leaving roomt.. The lift was not working. Went back in room.to notify reception, phone not connected no cable. As per oic. Walking down fire exit stairs with luggage 6 floors up every landing was blocked by sheets and towels, boxes etc. Had to move them out thexway every floor down just to get past. .No good fire safety Price was cheap but won't stay again.

The location was perfect — very close to the sea, with plenty of great places nearby to eat and relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I rented a bike for a day and visited some of the places recommended by the receptionist, which turned out to be a great experience. Due to overbooking, I was upgraded to a very spacious room, which I certainly didn’t mind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

I chose this hotel beacuse it’s very near to My Khe Beach. Room is not sound-proof. U can hear the voices loudly and clearly from hallway. I requested ‘Quiet room and Away from Elevator’ but I got the room near Elevator anyway. At my last day of stay, there was gun-drilling the wall at morning and I couldn’t keep sleeping anymore. That was the worst.
