Phòng ở cũng ok, chủ nhà thoải mái, hồ hởi. Trang thiết bị đầy đủ nhưng hôm tôi đến thì trong phòng không có nước suối

房間很棒，價格很便宜，周邊也很方便。樓下吃的很多。去海灘也很近。房間乾淨整潔。強烈推薦。住了好多天。

The only plus of this accommodation is the owners. The owners and staff are very responsive and polite. Everything else is very bad, unfortunately. Firstly, the hotel does not have a lobby as such, because there is an open kitchen and a cafe on the ground floor. Secondly, because there is a kitchen on the ground floor, the smell of fried oil sometimes comes into the room. Thirdly, the rooms are very old and need updating. Fourthly, I found insects on the bed in the room and I was uncomfortable spending the night. Fifthly, I took a room with a city view, but I got a room with a view of the wall of the opposite house with mold. Sixthly, the staff speaks very poor English, we could only communicate in simple phrases. Also, very poor soundproofing, sometimes there was noise at night. And the air conditioner does not work correctly and sometimes turns off by itself. The remote control shows one temperature, and the AC shows another. I booked the hotel on trip.com for 5 nights, but in the end I stayed only for one, I managed to negotiate the cancellation of the remaining 4 nights. I am very sorry that I have to leave a bad review because the owners of the hotel seemed to me to be very nice people. I sincerely hope that the owners of the hotel will take my review into account.

다낭의 여러호텔을 이용해보았지만 딱 가격만큼의 수준이라고 생각하시면 좋을것같아요. 이가격에 큰기대는 하지마시고 그런데로 잠만 이용하는곳입니다.

Good place for stay

Пол грязный, после прохода по комнате белые носки стали черные. Кондиционер плохо работает спасает только вентилятор. Стены местами в пятнах. Запах в туалете. Если остановиться на 1-2 ночи то возможно смериться с неудобствами.

อยากจะบอกว่าใคร ที่ไปเที่ยวแล้ววต้องการแหล่งงที่นักท่องเที่ยวไป แนะนำบริเวณนี้เพราะว่าใกล้สถานที่ท้องเที่ยว ใกล้ร้านอาหาร ร้านบาร์ต่างๆและะที่สำคัญคือร้านสะดวกซื้อคือมีทุกที่

Это ужасно грязный и вонючий отель! Мы часто останавливались в недорогих отелях , но такой грязи не видели никогда. Холодильник использовать невозможно, т.к. его мыли последний раз, наверное, на производстве и там явно кто-то после этого умер. Кондиционер направлен на кровать и температура установлена 25 градусов, регулировать вы не можете, т.к. пульт чисто для вида и он не работает, выключить и включить его можно тумблером у двери- больше ничего с ним вы сделать не можете. Расположение конечно отличное, что является единственным плюсом, т.к. в этот отель возвращаться после прогулки вообще не захочется!

There is a strong cigarette smell when first entering the room. Then the water at the bath tub wasn’t cleared. Toilet door slightly faulty as it can be closed but not locked. I think there is more work to be done by the housekeeping to prepare the room before next customer checks in. Plus point is spacious room and good location.

Отель не далеко от набережной, в тихом переулке , на первом этаже ресторан местной кухни. Хороший вариант на пару дней

夜遅くにダナンに到着なので安いホテルにしました。 場所はとても良いです。カフェやスパなどあって とても便利です。ホテルの入口が食堂でスタッフがとても親切でアットホームな感じです。自炊ができるようになってますね（用事ないけど）私は8階でしたが下の階は窓を開けても隣のホテルの壁しか見えないと思います。

루프탑 룸으로 (9층) 갔는데 엘레베이터가 8층밖에없었고 1층은 걸어올라갔네요 생각보다 싼값이라 나쁘진않은데 저처럼 0.5박하고 밤에 공항가실분은 뭐 괜찮다고 봅니다. 숙박은 조금 비추천
