Stay away. This place is disgusting. Please asked to see the room before signing any papers or putting any money down. Get copies of ALL documents. Karen is rude and unprofessional, has a nasty attitude. Pictures are not accurate on website, room has bad oder and feels musty.

Stayed here while attending a comedy concert in Gulfport. Second time we've stayed here, and wouldn't bother staying anywhere else! Staff is ALWAYS nice, location is great (about 15 minutes from the casinos/restaurants/beach), safe area, and more than reasonable. Rooms are VERY spacious and super clean, kitchen in each room, beds are comfy, and it's crazy to stay at a much higher price hotel and not get anywhere near the same space and amenities. We plan on visiting the coast from time to time and it's not even a thought regarding where to stay.....don't make the mistake of spending more money for a lesser property!

Rooms were very clean. I was a little reluctant at 1st because I’m very picky about my hotels and location but overall for the price, I must say I was impressed especially being that it was a studio. My husband and I will strongly consider staying here again

Nice stay quiet spot not to far from the concert we were attending. Off the interstate surrounded by places to eat. All in all a nice spot to lay your head down yo sleep. Also bring body wash kinda stingy with the soap

Check in girl gets a 10. Very nice and helpful. Leave your socks on. Floor was filthy. Coffee maker would not turn on. Hot water in the shower at 3:30pm was not hot after 25 minutes of running. Wi-Fi is unsecure. That is unacceptable.

Rooms not worth the price, in any way, shape or form. Ice machine broken, so no access to ice at all...wasn't informed of this at front desk, which would've been nice when it's 100 degrees outside. Also, wasn't informed that the rooms are only cleaned ONCE A WEEK and "Lite Touch Services" including fresh towels, sheets, trash pickup, etc are available for an additional fee'. They at least ended up offering clean towels if you brought your dirty ones to front desk and exchanged them for clean ones. Entire 1st floor being renovated, so workers there constantly, and noisy. I had to clean the floor, it was filthy. One bedroom rrom offer normal dorm size fridge, where pics showed full size. The ones there are in need of replacement. Awful place to stay.
