Very clean an staff was very nice I would go back and stay again and I will tell friends an family about this place and will recommend people to visit there

The sweet lady at the front desk who checked me in was so helpful and kind. (I am so disappointed that I forgot her name) The lobby was spacious, clean, and inviting. The room was clean, had nice (up to date) furnishings, and very comfortable. There were plenty of outlets and places to charge. Microwave and mini fridge…bed/bedding comfortable….Room and bathroom lighting, unlike many hotels, was plentiful. Many restaurants and shopping opportunities in the area. It was only about 10 minutes to get to the beach/casino/restaurants areas in Biloxi. We will definitely be back!!

A little tricky to get here from the highway. Wife had to navigate for me. Smart TV in the room, which was nice so we could watch Netflix. Overall a Nice hotel. Affordable. Clean. Quiet. Convenient IHOP next door (although the service there was not the greatest).

I am not sure but it feel like a hotel as of April 2024 that is just off I-10 & I-110. Clean rooms, wide hallways and good parking . Easy 10 - 15 minute ride to the beach’s and restaurants or 5 minute ride to a bunch of options. IHOP next door and movie theater across the parking lot if you need or want something to do.

Courtyard Biloxi North/D ’Iberville Mar 29th, 2024, Easter Weekend I have a bad foot and cannot walk without pain. When I called to request a first-floor room on Friday, March 29th after a 4-hr. drive- Crystal Harrison checked me in and insisted I use a cart for my luggage. She proceeded to get the luggage cart and assisted in helping me load it up. After checking I had checked in, I proceeded to get ice sometime after 5 and once again Crystal noticed me struggling. She insisted that I let her get the ice for me. Her kindness is just another example of the Courtyards employees going above and beyond for this customer. Late Friday night I called the front desk to see if I could get some cough medicine. Once again, the front desk brought the medicine to my room. Ashley Sykes, Mary Wick and Crystal Harrison helped me so much in my short 36 hr. stay. - As Always y’all have the friendliest greeters no matter how many people are waiting in line. Also, they provide timely and helpful advice regarding local restaurants, things to do, etc. Please know I cannot remember everybody’s name, but I can assure you that there is not one person on your staff that has not been Outstanding, Friendly, or Courteous. I feel like family at the Courtyard and always put it in the top of my hotels stays. Thank you, Scott Thompson

Overall a very nice facility. Clean comfortable rooms. Fairly easy access off the interstate. Customer service was very good. Breakfast on site is pay as you go, not included in the stay which was a little disappointing compared to other Mariott stays. I did not read this part when I booked. Other than that, was a very good stay.

There were issues that were not advertised prior to making a long-term reservation. Streaming was down; internet went down mid-way during our stay; exercise room was closed (undergoing some type of construction; word was 3-4 months and going); heat to pool and jazuzzi not working. Other than that, the staff was amazing. The lady at the bar was ALWAYs friendly and made your long hard day enjoyable. Managers were understanding; but can only do so much. We ended up leaving and staying at another Marriot propery in Gulfport. It was dissappointing but we needed to have the amenities. I was on a work trip in Pascagoula and my wife stayed in the hotel and the amenities were important to her. We ended up staying at the Residence Inn where there were no issues. This is no the fault of the staff and employees at the hotel. The staff were excellent in communication and making visitors/guest appreciated. The day and night managers made things work for finding the room accommodations for my wife who was handicapped. I greatly appreciated; especially on a short notice. The maintenance manager fixed an issue with the hand held shower. My wife greatly appreciated that fix!

I’ll start off by saying it’s a very nice and remodeled hotel. Front desk staff is nice and made sure I was taken care of. I checked in on a Wednesday and my room was never cleaned or towels refreshed. I stayed 4 nights. I asked twice for my room to be cleaned and for new towels. I was ignored and had to go get new towels myself on Saturday

What a pleasant stay. From check in to check out everything was a breeze. Room was laid out good with plenty of space. Bed was SUPER comfortable-slept like a rock! Really clean room! Spa was closed for maintenance so didn’t get to partake there but the indoor pool was nice since it was raining out. Loved having Starbucks in the lobby but was priced way higher than a regular Starbucks. Would have liked to sit in the lobby to play cards with my friends but honestly the lobby was FREEZING so we couldn’t enjoy that amenity. Really good location with a ton of food options around and only a short 10 min drive down to most of the big casinos on the Biloxi coast. Would definitely recommend this property.
