Sehr gutes Hotel für Geschäftsreisende, mit Pizzeria und Restaurant im Hotel.

Stayed in here for 6 nights with my girlfriend probably wouldn’t stay there again. The hotel room itself was quite clean but apart from that wasn’t much to it the tv was quite outdated for a 4 star hotel couldn’t watch much on it ,The fridge didn’t really keep anything cold. Amenities were also terrible we went up to the gym hoping to do some exercise but there was no power and everything was unplugged bearing in mind earlier that day we asked if it’s free to use and the lady at reception said it’s open 7-10 it was also quite dirty with napkins laying on the floor. During our stay we decided to get something to eat at the restaurant which i wouldn’t recommend as the waitress was very rude only spoke to me and ignored my girlfriend not saying a word to her even when handing the food she didn’t make any eye contact ( the food itself wasn’t bad but the service made it distasteful) Honourable mentions •half a toilet roll when we arrived (not cool) •quite spooky at night ghosties turning ac on and off

Od samego wejścia wszystko na doskonałym poziomie. Począwszy od Pani w Recepcji która mimo wcześniejszego przyjazdu udostępniła nam pokój. Ogromna kultura i profesjonalizm. Restauracja doskonała a śniadania i obiady na złoty medal. Zawsze będziemy tam wracać. Krystyna z mężem z Kudowy Zdrój

I enjoyed the stay . Although staff had mistakenly tried answering the room with out knocking. When I brought this up at check I was only given a mediocre apology saying that the staff was mistaken with the room number.

Noisy place

Utrolig ustabile åbningstider i deres restaurant. 2 dage i streg blev der fortalt der var åbent.. ingen af dagene var restauranten åben. Morgenmaden var ringe.. første dag var udvalget ganske fint.. resterende 4 dage vi spiste morgenmad blev udvalget dårligere og dårligere og maden lignede mere noget de havde trukket op af fryseren og tilberedt anderledes end dagen i forvejen, så det så nyt ud.. 👎 Ikke en finger og sætte på rengøringen 👍 Vi savnede et område med ordentlig sidde plads hvor der kunne bruge en aften eller to uden at skulle sidde i restauranten/baren og være tvunget til at købe drikkelse.

Det var litet torftig med frukosten. Dels för litet utbud (för att vara fyrstjärnigt hotell), dessutom var vissa kött och framför allt grönsaker, som var nästintill uttorkade.

All is excellent

Wir waren bereits mehrfach dort, der Service ist immer gut, fehlt etwas oder hat man Sonderwünsche wie z.B. den Wechsel auf ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ( bei 33 grad ) wird dies - nach Verfügbarkeit - auch noch um 22:30 Uhr ermöglicht…. Wir übernachten immer gerne hier !

Petite place familiale bien sympa

We made an unexpected visit to Katowice when our plane had a technical fault. We were allocated this hotel by our airline to spend the night before continuing. What a super hotel! A group of about 20 passengers arrived at about 3am but the lady on reception was so efficient and helpful we were soon in our bed! When we got to our room, I realised that my wife and I didn't have a charger for our phones as we expected to be in our destination in Romania not Poland. The lady on reception was lovely again. It was no bother to her to go and find two chargers for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety selection both hot and cold foods. My favourites were the breads and cheeses, and the various sausages and scrambled egg. I particularly liked the decor and artwork on the walls. In the reception area there was a display of lovely paintings. This was a great hotel but it was pity we were only there for a few hours. I would have no hesitation to recommend it.
