3일예약하고 도착후 객실상태불량 직원의응대사애불량 확인후 바로 주변호텔다시예약하였습니다.
1.호텔이아니라 에어비앤비였습니다.현장에 직로인원은 없습니다.
2.직원과의 전화통화는 아주 여러번만에 어렵게 되었으나 왓츠앱으로 투숙방법을 가르쳐주는 메세지가 전부일뿐이었습니다.
3.호텔건물에 도착후 주변누구에게 도움을 청하여도 이호텔을 찾을수없었습니다 이유는 에어비앤비이기때문에
4.객실은 너무지저분하고 가구 화장실 청결도 너무최악
5.트립에서 광고할때는 호텔으로 착각하고 예약하지마세요
