Location is good. Reception is functional good behaviour. Restaurant not working. Room is spacious. Not maintained. Bath room broken, ac not working properly

no food facility is available there even I have booked for breakfast included and they also didn't return my press (iron) which is of blue 🔵 colour,in one word very very bad service

The stay was short. I hardly had time to enjoy the accommodation. The room was good, clean and well maintained. But then why a towel was not kept? despite reminding the reception, a towel was not sent to the room. When i returned at night, still the towel was not kept in the room. A desperate call and a bit of shouting achieved the desired result.

It’s so horrible. We don’t like this hotel because of nothing is available there. No water bottles, no bath soaps nothing, no bathroom carpets.

Very poor response. No towel, delay services, poor response for cleaning room, didn't provide drinking water after booking. Very poor response

The staff was not cooperative and denied an ac room to us. There is always a problem regarding given water bottles at this hotel. They always charge for even ro water.
