I enjoyed my stay. The people on reception were lovely. The common areas were inviting and comfortable.

Me gusto mucho el hotel, es muy limpio y tiene una decoración colorida como lo es Cusco, me gusto que hubiera agua disponible para rellenar mi botella ya que en otros hoteles no lo había y generar tanto plástico me genera conflicto además del costo del agua. Después del checkout me dejaron quedarme en las instalaciones y guardaron mi equipaje.

Nice and big hostel.. many rooms and friendly hostes. Be careful with the altitude difference, because 3400 meters above sea level makes most people suffer from altitude sickness.

Perfeito! Eu adorei o hotel, tinha visto comentários sobre barulho fiquei 4 dias e em nenhum teve nada pra reclamar. Estava em um quarto individual com banheiro privativo. O quarto tinha água quente, cama confortável, limpo, corredor silencioso. Bem localizado.

Precisa melhorar pra ter padrão Selina Check in confuso e demorado Me deram a chave e ao abrir não era do quarto compartilhado que reservei e sim de um quarto privado onde acordei assustado o rapaz que dormia. Após isso o funcionário trocou a chave e me direcionou pra outro quarto, onde a cama que me direcionou estava claramente utilizada por alguém pra sentar e largar coisas em cima, não estando 100% limpa pra uso, mas ao reclamar ele disse que era aquela a minha cama. Tive que aceitar, ainda bem que sempre levo fronhas e lençóis pra esse tipo de situação desconfortável. No check in também não foi orientado sobre onde seria o café (externo), nem onde era a cozinha comum e outras informações básicas. No dia seguinte ao fazer perguntas na recepção só recebi respostas rápidas e sem nenhum cuidado extra. Os banheiros estão descuidados, alguns sem lugar pra pendurar as roupas pro banho ou toalha. Água acumula no chão do banho. Ponto positivo: atendimento no café e comida. Localização também não é muito próxima.

Se vc estiver procurando um lugar pra dormir e tomar um banho, está ok. A localização é boa, fica próximo ao centro de Cusco. O banheiro é compartilhado, mas senti falta de pelo menos um tapete de chão. O hostel é conhecido, então a maioria dos passeios lá pegam vc na porta

Het hotel heeft een goed liggin 10 min naar centrum. Kamer zijn schoon en goed. Ik vier dagen overnacht en in het algemeen was het personeel niet heel vriendenlijk. Eerste dag dame achter de receptie die heel kort af was, t****e dag zeer onvriendelijke man bij ontbijt (vroeg of er ook water was) derde dag dame receptie toen ik een vraag stelde weer een snauwerig antwoord (vroeg of er eventueel ergens een kast met boeken stond, om te ruilen). Ontbijt is zeer beperkt: geen vruchtensap zoals bij alle andere hotel waar ik in Peur ben geweest. Wel leuke plekjes in het hotel om lekker te zitten.

Best hostel in Cusco!! Excellent for solo travelers, extremely comfortable and clean rooms, quiet (but not too quiet), and helpful staff. When I got sick, they helped me to find a doctor to get the care I needed. I cannot thank Selina Saphi Cusco enough for a wonderful stay.

Very happy with my stay! Was able to work and rest in peace

This is a review of the co-working space only, not the hotel. It is very cold. According to my phone it was 6 degrees celsius or 43 degrees Fahrenheit which isn’t that cold on first glance but when you are sitting in it for 8 hours a day it’s not nice at all. I asked a member of staff about it and was told there was supposed to be a heater in the room but I informed her that there was not. She said she would have one brought to the office but 4 hours later and still no heat. I tried again the next day and asked a different member of staff who said the same thing. A few hours later still no heat. I spotted a heater inside one of the conference rooms/offices but the door was locked. I went back to reception and asked about the heater in the conference room. I was told someone would come up to the co-working space soon to let us use it. A few hours later and still no heat. I sat working in my jacket, hat, and gloves for as long as I could handle. I even boiled water with the kettle and poured it into a mug so I could hold it to warm my fingers. After three and a half days of sitting in the cold, I gave up. I’m not paying for the privilege of being freezing. It’s too bad because the space itself is nice with good natural light and fast internet. I just wish it was a comfortable place to work. I wouldn’t even mind paying a little extra for heat.
