Hotel Hacienda Cusco Plaza

El desayuno fantástico, la atención del personal fue muy buena tratando de hacer nuestra estadía un gran momento. Excelente ubicación y personal muy atento a los requerimientos. Quizás el único reparo sería mejorar la ventilación de las habitaciones.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I had booked Standard Double rooms, and when I checked in they claimed they had given me an "upgrade" to better rooms. The rooms however were located in an old wing and looked terribly dated, smelled musty, and had carpets that looked like they had not been cleaned in ages. There were also several stairs to get to that "upgraded" room, which was not ideal as I had my elderly mother and two small children in my party. When I went to the front desk, the lady (who was not very pleasant) insisted that these were "upgraded" rooms even though it clearly did not appear to be the case. Eventually we got the rooms that we had booked, but they did not give us two rooms side-by-side as we had requested. We were also quite displeased as the rooms were not cleaned well with dustballs on the ground and hair in the bathtub. Even after we informed the front desk of this, and they claimed the rooms had been "thoroughly cleaned", the dustballs remained in the rooms. Also, basic amenities such as bottled water and a hairdryer was missing from the rooms. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and creaky, and it was impossible to sleep at night with the thin walls and being able to hear every single thing that was going on in the corridors. We were really glad to check-out of this hotel.

The hotel decor was quite comfortable and fresh, the attention was perfect, they were there anytime I needed them, the place is close to many tourist spots, and finally the hotel restaurant was amazing, a perfect place to relax and have a greet experience.

Está ubicado en un lugar céntrico por lo que todo queda cerca. Las piezas son limpias, había calefacción, agua caliente y el internet funciona en todas partes. Me gustaría destacar la amabilidad de los trabajadores, en especial la de don Wilson y don Luciano, quienes nos atendieron excelentemente en toda nuestra estancia. El desayuno muy rico y variado!! Y además te preparan un desayuno si es que tienes que salir más temprano de lo normal (3-4 am)

Ottima posizione, situato in pieno centro a Plaza Mayor. Buon cibo, vicino a moltissimi ristoranti, negozi e servizi di ogni tipo. Ottimo anche il servizio, in particolare abbiamo fatto amicizia con Wilson Smith che è stato molto empatico e professionale.
