Saphi 쪽에 있어서 건물이 오래되었지만 내부는 매우 깔끔합니다. 서비스가 아주 좋고, 모든 리셉셔니스트들이 친절합니다. 머무는 사람이 얼마 없을 경우에는 조식에 대해 미리 주문을 받습니다. 그리고 일찍 나가야 하는 경우에도 포장해주시는데 너무 좋았습니다.

我一般比較懶點評酒店，但是這家酒店無論是環境還是工作人員的服務都超級的棒，讓我忍不住給5星好評，首先是房間很乾凈，裝飾有點帶庫斯科風格，熱水和暖氣也是24小時供應（不像motto房間小，又陰暗，暖氣限時供應） 其次是工作人員對顧客非常有耐心，認真回答每一個問題，提供洗衣服服務，真是太太太好了，下次還定這家

住了兩晚後自己去了馬丘比丘，回來接着住，給我升了更大的房間，寄存的行李直接提前放在了房間。我生病了不舒服，還延長了我的退房時間，我在沙發上歪着給我蓋了毛毯，真是很感動，強烈推薦！

強烈推薦。跟庫斯科的風格完全一致，小庭院，温馨舒適。類似這種精緻的酒店在庫斯科應該還有不少，可以慢慢尋找。

Excelente. Voltarei a reservar com certeza! Estadia incrível! Atendimento impecável e muito gentil. Eu viajei sozinha e me senti segura, acolhida e bem direcionada o tempo todo, além das acomodações serem excelentes! Fiquei em dois quartos diferentes, e do simples ao mais robusto com banheira são extremamente confortáveis, limpos e para quem anda o dia inteiro nos passeios e volta no frio, vale ressaltar os chás de muña e coca sempre presentes na recepção e o excelente chuveiro.

Ideal location: a short walk up the street from the historic centre, but not close enough to be affected by traffic and noise. The rooms are laid out around pleasant central patios. They are spacious, warm and comfortable. We loved the superior suite, with its own balcony with outdoor seating, a separate sitting area, bathroom with tub and separate rain shower stall, and heated floor tiles. The breakfast buffet is ample and varied, with fresh fruit and juice, and eggs cooked to order daily. Coca and muña tea are available throughout the day. Our stay was split before and after a trip to Machu Picchu. We first arrived very early in the morning and although check-in is at 12, we were speedily accommodated and shown to our room with no extra charge. Upon our return, we were offered the superior suite at the regular room rate. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. At check-in they gave us a map of Cusco and detailed information about places of interest. At first check-out we were told to simply leave our luggage in the room and found it in our new room when we returned. The hotel was mentioned in a New York Times travel article ("gorgeous") but that one word does not do it justice! I would plan to stay here again and also at the other Tierra Viva poperties!

Everything was good. Can’t complain.

Complimentary coca tea and muna tea in the lobby at all times (we desperately needed both), porters to help with bags up and down stairs (also needed with the altitude). The staff wqs great and the room itself was nice. The only drawbacks were no air conditioning and no mini fridge in the room. Overall, good hotel and the staff took it from good to great.

PERFEITO! Hotel perfeito! Bem localizado, limpo, bom café da manhã, quarto bom, boa cama, etc… mas o principal são os funcionários… todos muito simpáticos e prestativos, sempre prontos para ajudar a qualquer problema e sempre com um sorriso largo no rosto…
