地點方便，在武器廣場隔離，非常熱鬧

酒店的地理位置特別好，出門就是武器廣場，麥當勞和肯德基就在門口。但是酒店旁邊臨着一個夜店，晚上略吵，房間設施也就是典型的老式酒店，沒什麼好説的。酒店小哥很熱情，很努力地服務。

직원분들이 정말 친절했어요. 마추픽추 관광을 위한 짐 보관도 무료로 해주셨고, 객실사용방법도 일일이 친절히 설명해주셨어요. 조식도 무료로 제공되었는데 퀄리틱 좋았습니다! 체크아웃시간이 이르다는 것을 제외하고는 정말 완벽했어요!

Location is great - just seconds of walking to the plaza. However taxi need to back all the way down the alley (which they are fine) so it’s better to ask hotel staff to help with taxi when leaving. Amenities are slightly outdated as the elevator was under maintenance and need to wait for a few minutes for hot water in shower. Overall still good considering the price and location

Wonderful! The staff was absolutely wonderful! The room I had was in the middle, and I didn't have any windows and could hear everything that was happening, but overall it was a great experience.

Great location . Service is great . Location is great walking to the main plaza . Only complain is that they did n have a fan and I was unable to open the window as it was used as storage in the other side . I felt claustrophobic with no running air . Beside the hotel is a dancing place that has loud music until 4 am . It doesn’t bother me me but I could hear although I don’t have a window . Be sure you know about it or ask for a specific room. Breakfast is great . Seri ice is outstanding.

The hotel is great. Staff very helpful. The noise during the middle of night too loud. Night club next door music on until 4am.

Funcionários excelentes muito atenciosos, hotel limpo, na plaza de armas, localização nelhor não existe.

Localizacao boa, pouco conforto Entao, comecemos pelo atendimento recepcionistas maravilhosos. O hotel em si, ficamos no 4 andar e o elevsdir esta interditado a meses. Horrivel. Sobre o fafe da manha nao dispoe de buffet como mostra as fotos. Quartos dao para o vao do cafe da manha e ai ja sabe o eco de conversacao, por fim nao existe ar condicionado, ventilador e se dormimos com janela aberta, o barulho ecoa. Nao entendo ate agora que as estadias nao tem ar, mas eles nao entendem que somos turistas e nao moradores locais, sentimos calor. Loauzacao excelente.

Super recomendo, amei!! A única reclamação que tenho a fazer é o elevador não estar funcionando e não ter um funcionário para ajudar com as malas a subir as escadas. O café da manhã é bem basico, nao tem bolo ou biscoito. Creio que poderia ser melhor. E só essas ponderações, pois de resto eu amei e é la que quero ficar novamente quando voltar a Cusco. Localizado na esquina da Plaza de Armas, é confortavel, limpo e os funcionários Victor, Harold e Ruthy sao muito queridos ❤️. Já estou com saudades.

Recomendadisimo este hotel, incluye las 3 b. Buen servicio, bonitas habitaciones, barato (tarifas accesibles ) . La ducha tiene agua caliente todo el día y la presión del agua es muy buenaza. Buena opcion a 5 metros de la plaza para personas mayores de edad . Volveria a ir.
