Pleasant stay but there is a issue with hygiene. Red colored stain on bedsheet. Cleaning cloth left behind after room makeup. Lift pace was relatively slow. Though on 10 floor, traffic sound affects my sleep. Ordered a sunny side up at 7am when there was no other customer. Staff acknowledged my order but after 10 mins, she still didn't prepare the egg.

The hotel location is at the center of Serpong. Spacious and clean hotel room. The food at the Chinese and Italian restaurants are good. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again next time for the next visit.

one of the highly recommended hotels. Only one drawback when checking in, one of the receptionists was not welcomed, maybe just unlucky.

酒店在唐格朗地區最好，設施齊全，有不錯的中餐廳，桑拿和游泳池也不錯，有一側臨馬路晚上略吵，其他都非常不錯
