"We stayed for 2 nights in the Giraffe Treehouse and it was everything I hoped for and more. The rooms were exception in comfort and style. They were clean and modern with a very African vibe. The giraffes were literally right outside our balcony! The food was delicious. Every meal was great with very healthy portions. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were friendly, knowledgeable and clearly cared about the animals. The tours and encounters that were included in our stay were great too. I got to pat a rhino, feed a tiger, goat and emu as well as feeding the giraffes from our balcony. It was a once in a lifetime experience!"

"The service at the front desk was the stand out. The beds had great blankets and pillows however they were very wobbly with someone up top bunk. The bathrooms on Level 1 and 2 were nice and clean but the female toilets on Level 3 were really gross. Dated bathroom compared to others and blood smeared on the cubicle wall and spit on the floor in the other one. Maybe some regular checks could help that. The location is awesome in the middle of everything."
