There is an attached deck off the main level that overlooks the water and has an easy to access grill. There are a lot of houses on Smith Lake without close ramp access and without cable internet. This property has both. We also washer and dryer. In the summer and winter you have deep water, you will have 1/2 mile of water view solid to the other shore. In the winter you still have 20+ feet of water off your dock.
