Добраться на лодке до этого отеля стоит дороже чем билет на самолёт. Обслуживание ужасное. Из оплаченных 5ти дней мы сбежали на 2й день,деньги так и не вернули

酒店自然環境很好，有特別棒的魚羣，但設施維護特別差，服務難以跟上，房間內經常遺漏毛巾，水等必需品，送來要花很久時間，叫buggy，打掃衞生也要反覆催促，但房間收費幾乎相當於四級等國際一線酒店，總體來説性價比較低，與高昂收費不匹配

It's good place to relax if you come with a family . Transfers are a little bit pricy and long time waiting

上島的儀式感，工作人員的熱情款待，非常愉快的一程，下次還會光臨。

第一次在攜程評論，因為體驗感真的極差！！給大家避避雷，畢竟也不是一晚幾百塊的東西！！我們一家人出行，兩間複式別墅連住三晚，光酒店就是2萬大洋，除了酒店環境好，其他無論便利、餐食、規矩真是一言難盡。酒店離跳島遊很遠很遠，還和別家差一倍價格，所以真心建議住鎮上。還有潛水，價格比別人貴也就算了，還沒什麼好看的，沒有出海就在酒店碼頭底下，餐食中午就一家中餐，叫餐到上菜半小時，不知道是不是臨時海里撈的，另一家菲律賓菜更離譜，一衹炸雞一個半小時，不知道是不是臨時出島去抓的雞，難怪遊客不多，晚上都冷冷清清的。最可氣的是出島的時間要按照她們的時間來，結果碼頭等好久，太早到機場，導致又等了三個小時。體驗感極差！！！真配不起這價格！！

情侶出遊的好去處。房間是玻璃房，美美的，服務也很好。

當地機場車輛接送/島嶼上下船舶:單獨買是4000P，但這是體驗最差的部分，首先很難聯繫，發郵件根本沒人回覆。回程時是一船人一起出來的，本來想吃完午餐下午一點出發的，11點退房時，前台説要坐12點的船離開。但是有人遲到，硬生生等到了12:45離開，感覺時間是訂給守規則的人的，本身也沒固定時間表，素質差的人就賺到，守規矩的人就死等。 早餐:真的很難吃，根本沒法吃。

Airport pickup, TV movies, restaurant ceiling fans, reservations for dinner were all broken/didn’t work (including telling us after arrival that it’s 4K per person for the boat transfer, when we had been quoted 2.5k at time of booking and we even saw an advert at the resort for locals to come to the island for the day for 2.5k INCLUDING LUNCH?!?). Many other things were mismanaged or not managed at all including only orange, green, and water melon as fruit for breakfast. What is this some cheap American hotel?!? When I asked, I got a banana and some under ripe papaya. Good effort by the very nice staff who are always willing to help but where is the manager of this place. Lots more management, lots more training necessary to justify the high prices and they’re difficult to get to location.

I had an amazing stay at Sunlight Resort. The newly renovated Salepan Villas are absolutely stunning, featuring spacious rooms and a private jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. There’s no shortage of activities on the island. From lounging on white sand beaches to complimentary snorkeling, kayaking, and access to the gym, there’s something for everyone. You can also enjoy island hopping, diving at World War II wrecks, or simply unwinding with a massage. It’s an ideal destination for both couples and families. I highly recommend dining at Mangrove and Hikari restaurants – the food was delicious! Finally, Mark the butler, was very helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with restaurant reservations, coordinating activities and even waking up at 4:00AM with a packed breakfast to send us off!

mark our butler was really attentive and made our experience all the better. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Loved the resort feel and being on the water. We had great experiences like snorkelling by the pier, our kids loved the gym and family movie on the beach was a highlight. Highly recommend this resort.

The Salepan Villas at Sunlight are incredible. I have had the absolute pleasure of staying in the Salepan Villas twice and both experiences were top notch. SETIR has the best views in the Coron area and it’s showcased everywhere from the Villa, the white sand beaches, and even the gym! The Salepan villas are luxurious and the space is perfect for 3-4 friends, 2 couples, etc. What makes the stay even better is the service provided by Jun and the team of butlers. Jun and Rey Ar ensured both of my stays were perfect - curating dining experiences, boat excursions, and any request that came up. I cannot wait to come back!

The hotel is buetiful and the staff are kind and pleasant. We stayed at the salepan water villa. It was an amazing huge villa located on the water. The coral reef was breathtaking! We had an amazing personality batler name Mark. He made our visit in SETIR unforgettable. He took care of all are needs and more. Made all the arrangements. He is simply perfect!!. We recommend salepan water villas, and ask in advance for Batler Mark!! He is # 1

Absolutely liked everything about the Sunlight Ecotourism Hotel and Resorts. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. Also, The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. A Big shout out our Butler Mark he is a true gem! He was not only handled all our requests promptly but also went the extra mile to make our stay special, like arranging a surprise birthday dinner on the beach for my son’s girlfriend. He is so friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. He was also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed. Mark you are the finest you deserve a 10 Stars for your wonderful service for me and my family. Keep up the good work!!! Kudos to all the Staff to this Hotel we are absolutely coming back!!!
