The breakfast was good and freshly cooked to order. The room was a good size and clean. Parking was very easy as it just outside the hotel reception. There are several places to eat outside of the hotel with in a short walk, anc the public transport is only a few yards away so it's ray to get into Croydon.

Room 203. Heard the doors opening and closing all night . Bang . Bang .bang. Zero sleep. Reception just said it was a busy night. Room was 27degrees only one window would open. There were hairs in the bath. One fan which has seen better days. No phone to call reception.

We absolutely loved our stay in the room – it was spotless, super clean and felt really cosy, like a little home away from home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely lovely. A special shoutout to Shalini and Angie – they made us feel so comfortable and were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. You can tell they really care about guests. As a couple, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. We’ll definitely be coming back!

On arrival on the Saturday evening, I asked for a room upstairs and overlooking the car park. The reception staff were able to give me Room 403, meeting these requirements. Also, early on the Sunday morning, I was able to book and pay for another night (Sunday) so that I did not have to move out of the room at midday on Sunday. This is about the fourth time I have stayed in Premier Inn Purley. There will be more visits!

It was excellent customer service at reception Ram lovey customers service professionally. Ram is the best Hospitality Man its very hard to find such a lovey helping people. Premier inn is lucky lucky you have a such a Hospitality person .keep up good job Ram see you soon.

The bed was very comfortable as usual but the room was freezing, and took easily over 3 hours to reach room temperature. When we arrived it was 16 degrees in the room. There was another guests razor in the bath tub and also what looked libre bodily fluid in the bath and on the shower curtain

I called the premier inn to speak to a manager and the staff member which was a male with an Asian accent was really rude on the phone no customer service what so ever he was raising his voice on the phone saying he doesn’t have to tell me if there’s a manager in or not and he won’t tell me nothing and proceeded to hang up the phone on my face. I called back and he shouted and hanged up.

Hi, I always come to visit the Purley Way Premier Inn to spend time with my daughter as I live in Scotland now and everytime I visit, Ram who I believe is the manager always treats us well and my daughter and I really appreciate this. Many thanks 😊 Hamza
