The room was slightly smaller and didn't provide a toilet sleeper. However, my experience was okay, but they had to put in some extra effort after charging such an amount per night.

Very nice old building which appears to have been the former airport hotel of closed Croydon airport so that is pretty cool. Rooms quite basic and very small.

I stayed in a classic double room with en-suite for 3 nights. I was very happy with the room,which was very clean with good amenities. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great atmosphere, fantastic service and staff. Spend great time, all staff really polite and i had excellent experience. Definitely recommend and will visit again.

Das Hotel war gut zu finden, sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die mir noch spät abends Essen ins Zimmer gebracht haben, sowie einen Taxi bestellt haben. Nächstes Mal würde ich aber gerne Wasser noch im Zimmer haben wollen, sowie Fenster die man öffnen kann, um durchzulüften. Aber alles in einem 4/5 Sterne.

Lovely hotel room. Great sized bed and very comfortable and clean! The staff were also lovely and helpful!

The hotel Is nice and clean with good service, The staff are friendly. However If you are wanting to park at the hotel parking you do have to pay.

The hotel was nice, food was lovely. The only downside is the location and lack of things to do nearby. Traffic noise was constant through the night with ****** beeping car horns at the traffic lights early in the morning.

I have stayed here previously and I stay here because of the convenient location and I have usually been able to get the rooms for a good price. I clean the rooms myself to be able to feel comfortable. I have included a picture of the filthy wipes from cleaning surfaces. This trip was horrendous due to noise and vibrations- the last time I complained about vibrations and the manager attended offering extra pillows to help this. This time there was what appeared to be people talking to me in the bathroom which made me feel like I was being watched and there was vibrations in the bed waking me up and preventing me from sleeping. I contacted the police and I want to warn solo female stayers about this and I am asking for people to come forwards if they have experienced similar.
