Lovely hotel , welcoming reception . Room spacious , definitely visit again

Great hotel throughout! Leonardo can always be relied on for their cleanliness, my room was spotless!!

This is a nice hotel in the middle of East Croydon. The location is great and easy to travel to and from. Kieron, at the from desk is amazing. Always willing to help when necessary. The room is nice and clean and has plenty of space.

역 바로 근처인데 유럽호텔이 원래 그런지몰라도 라디에이터 냉장고 없어요ㅠ tv 음량 좋고 침대 겁나 푹신!! 욕조 있어요 외곽이라 넓고 쾌적한 가성비 좋은곳입니다

Excellent service from the team. Still lacking amenities. Pool table, pool and gym and spa treatment like the city hotels. Other than that a great meeting place Breakfast nice and fulfilling

The reception staff were lovely. Room was a good size. The beds are amazing! I ended up oversleeping. The down sides were the water pressure and ventilation system. The hot water in the sink had a very slow flow and the show pressure was poor. The ventilation system did not work, however a portable heater was provided. The only problem with that was if it got too hot, there was no way of cooling the room. Besides all of that I would stay here again.

Die Lage zur weit außerhalb. Hotelausstattung bis auf Badewanne war gut. Frühstück war leider immer das gleiche, man hätte zumindest an Weihnachten was anderes machen können.

The place is excellent The downside was the shower and room temp regulator. However, upon reporting to the hotel management, they quickly resolved the issue and were very generous to us. Would go back again. A massive thank you to Brooke.

Bueno he de decir que mi instancia fue de 3 noches , las instalaciones de bienvenida están muy bien cuidadas y acogedoras. El trato de recepción sinceramente, amable y respetuoso. Es verdad que en la página pone que hablan español...español habla muy poco uno y era súper agradable, entre lo poco que habla el español y yo inglés...nos entendimos a la perfección. La habitación es bastante amplia y limpia, si buscáis calefacción en mi cuarto el aire está a 22 grados y no puedes cambiarlo. El baño está muy bien, pero no sé si es costumbre de los ingleses pero en mi casa fui con mi mujer y mi hija y se tuvieron que lavar con un vaso por las noches...por qué la alcachofa está incrustada en la pared. ( No tiene manguera y alcachofa). No está céntrico, está a 40 minutos de London brigde para hacer cambio de vías (underground) pero muy bien comunicada la ciudad entera. Volvería a repetir 100% en este hotel. Gracias y un cordial saludo para toda la recepción.
