Ty Croeso Bed & Breakfast

Such a lovely couple who run this B&B, they make you feel right at home (Alex and Cory). The rooms are wonderful - very comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. Can't fault it. Ronnie is an added bonus. Lovely walking close at hand and lots to do in the area. A trip to the Big Pit well worth it.

My mum and I stayed in this wonderful B&B for 2 nights in room 8 which was nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable, indeed. Alex, the owner, was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with plenty of choices, served in a wonderful dining room and lounge area. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Surprise birthday treat and what a fabulous treat from husband. Great hosts who make you very welcome. Fabulous suite, love the different sections and views. Bed so comfortable and slept well. Love the boutique style 10/10. Breakfast a highlight, fresh, filling and tasty. Kept us going till teatime. We only stayed 1 night but will return as plenty to do in the area. Thank you Alex & Cory, great hosts and your recommendation to eat at The Vine was an instant hit. Food stupendous 😁

Stayed here for One night with my wife and my brother and his wife. Wow it certainly lived up to its Five Stars. Myself and my wife were in the Croglofft up in the eaves of the property, absolutely lovely space with amazing views over the valley and river below. It was lovely and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. Alex and Cory were excellent hosts, we were greeted by Alex, who showed us to our rooms, she then invited us down into the lounge area for Tea, Coffee and some freshly made welsh cakes (YUM). We then went back to our rooms and after a lovely shower and change of clothes, we made our way down to the Vine Tree Restaurant, half a mile down the road recommended to us by Alex, which was excellent. After our meal we returned to a the lovely lounge area back at Ty Croeso, which again was warm and cosy with the radio playing quieting in the background. We spent a good few of hours sitting on the really comfy sofas, chatting and drinking wine, supplied by Ty Croeso at a small cost. We retired to bed about 12.30 and after a sound nights sleep, came down to the lounge area again, which doubles as the breakfast room. We were greeted by the smiling face of Alex, we sat down to fresh Tea and Coffee and a nice selection of fruit and natural yogurt, plus all the usual cereals. After having our Fruit and Yogurt we had a beautifully cooked full breakfast, which we pre ordered the night before. With full tummy's we made back up stairs to pack and depart the property, Alex had very kindly filled up our flask with coffee to take on our adventure that day, which was waiting for as we left. Both Alex and Cory came to the door to thank us for our stay and wish a well for the day. Overall this is a beautiful, quirky, cosy property with great hosts. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning in the spring. Thankyou! Rob & Sarah x

We simply love staying here. Not only is the B&B in an ideal location with luxurious facilities it’s that Alex and Cory welcome you, and treat you like old friends. Great breakfast, great team and great views.

We’re just home after a 3 night stay at Ty Croeso, lovely spacious guest lounge, we stayed in the bedroom with a king bed which had seating and was spacious too. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex, a faultless host, also there is a lot of choice for breakfast. The property sits above Crickhowell and Llangattock, with Crickhowell having lots of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops, just simply a sublime break for us.
