The hotel was clean and safe. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The decor is a bit outdated, but not in poor condition. I received a courtesy call to alert me that the front desk closes at 10:00 pm. I arrived after that time. All I had to do was call and was immediately served. I would stay again.

Service was excellent. Carpet needs updating. And breakfast was less than expected. Ran out of coffee.

It was good, not great. They’ve removed a lot of the breakfast items that I looked forward to have. One of the employees never even knew that they had it, and another one said that they were having budget cuts to buy furniture? If I stay in the area, I’ll look elsewhere.

This is an excellent and affordable hotel.

Cable did not work

We were put on second floor, my husband can’t walk and had a scooter. I asked to be put on first floor and we’re even willing to wait for them to finish cleaning a room. They couldn’t accommodate someone that can’t even walk. He fell trying to get upstairs to our room and hurt his foot more. When we got up to our room the door knob was broken so it was a pain trying to get the door open. The hallways smelled like ****. The tv wouldn’t work and when I said something about it they tried to tell me maybe it was unplugged. It turned on but the cable didn’t work and that was also plugged in. Room was clean, bed was small but comfortable, was looking forward to a decent breakfast. The juice machine was broken and it was cereal for breakfast.
